Earn Points for Your Opinion

Taking quick surveys on the 20/20 panel will allow you to accrue points to redeem gift cards. You can even earn gift cards for participating in online discussions, chats, and web meetings. Surveys are usually short, but online discussions can take up to 90 minutes to complete.

Signing up is as easy as filling out an online profile. The more information you can provide, the more likely you will be matched with surveys or discussion-based studies.

Types of Studies

20/20 Panel offers a variety of studies that offer points as well as cash rewards:

• Surveys only
• Surveys + online chat interviews
• Online discussions
• Online web cam discussions
• In-person studies (you must be in Nashville TN, Charlotte NC or Miami FL to participate in in-person panels)

Redeem Your Rewards

You can begin to redeem your rewards from surveys once you reach 500 points ($5.00). Discussion-based studies have incentives that range from $50-$300 should you qualify or choose to participate. The cash for discussion based studies comes in the form of a virtual or physical gift card. You decide which you would prefer to receive, which may take 7-10 business days to process.

I was recently confirmed by 2020 Reset for an upcoming focus group on politics in my state of CA. I answered all the questions from the survey but I got subsequent emails from Alexandria Seamster 3 separate times asking questions I'd already submitted. But I answered again so she would be happy. The fourth email she sent me read that at this time I've been put on HOLD (in bold caps) and I wouldn't be able to participate. But hey, we'll keep you in mind for future studies! Well, she's not offered me any further excuses as to why I was really rejected after all the time I had wasted preparing for the study. Although it says that the guidelines have been changed, that's what they always say. But once an individual has been confirmed, that should be it and I should at least be compensated for it. Instead, it was all for nothing. But hey, now everyone who reads this will know about it. Take that, Alexandria Seamster!

I have done many online focus groups with 2020 research.The questions are easy to understand and my personal information was kept confidential.The best part is always get paid on time and the exact amount that was stated for the study.looking forward to get selected for another great opportunity..

There are product surveys and qualifying surveys. Product Surveys are detailed with product or brand name surveys. Qualifying surveys typically include demographic information and whether you purchase or might purchase.

You get notices of qualifying surveys from 20/20. They promise you "points" or chances in a drawing for filling these out. But you never seem to qualify for anything.

And the qualifying surveys request detailed information about the frequency and dollar amounts spent, asking you detailed questions about purchases, rankings, time spent shopping, and opinions of products and stores--that's exactly what the actual surveys typically gather.

The result is they give worthless points and have you fill out the actual survey. They get paid for the results and pay out nothing.

There also errors where you don't even get credit for what you have filled out. In a year or two you might qualify for a $10 gift certificate.

In sharecropper days, people paid for their room and board and had to buy everything at the company store, becoming indentured servants. This is the modern day equivalent.....just try to use your points.

I enjoy having my opinion heard. But as the collecting agencies are paid, I would rather do them for agencies where I can receive payments for my detailed surveys.

2 days ago I participated in a four-day long discussion board study about cough medicines which was worth $125 and I successfully completed the study and all of the follow-ups but I was never compensated for it nor was there any follow-up from the moderator or even an email letting us know when we would be paid. I wish I could reach the moderators and I've called 20/20 research but I can't reach any of the employees. I want my payment but everyone was left in the dark about when we will be paid without any type of follow-up at all.

EDIT: I just got my payment today...apparently it takes 10 business days to receive your payment (I previously was not aware of that until I got contacted by their customer service representatives). I appreciate it and this is a good very website to use.
