Amplitude Research Resolved Complaints

In October, 2007 I received a survey invitation from Amplitude Research on dining experiences which promised a $5.00 gift certificate to Amazon if the survey was completed. I completed the entire survey and never received the incentive. I have written twice and never received a response let alone the gift certificate.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist originally e-mailed wrong contacts to resolve this issue and is now being credited with their gift certificate. This complaint has been successfully resolved and has been closed.
