AW Surveys Unresolved Complaints

About 2 weeks ago, I went to log into the site and it advised me that none of my info was in their database. I know this is fault because I use RoboForm and know that all my passwords/IDs are accurate. I wrote them after creating a new account and still had no reply from them. I have since deleted my 2nd account. I was owed approximately $27.00 in earnings.
