takes way to long to cashout

I have been a member for a few years now and I'm only at 2400 pts. Cashout is 2500. I emailed them asking why I have not had survey in almost a year. They never did respond. A couple of weeks ago I finally recived a surey. I just want to cashout and be done with them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURVEY PANEL!!!! it took me 5 years to cash out and then out of no were I was canned.

I've been w/ ClickIQ for over a year and haven't had a single cash out. They send survey maybe every 3 months. Usu, I qualify but they haven't sent enough to add up to 2,500-the cash out point. It's a waste of time- I think their aim is to have you sign up and take as many surveys as possible without having to pay.

I have been a member for about four months and have not received a single survey invitation yet. Plus, it says that you need 2,500 points to cash out but yet it doesn't say anywhere on the site what 2,500 points equals in cash.

cutomer service is the worst

misplacesd my password have contacted their customer service 10 times have yet to hear back from them. On top of that it tells me the answer to my security question is incorrect!! The question is my mother's maiden name...I know this and it hasn't changed!!! Would not recommend because LACK of customer service!!!
