I was promised a $10.00 incentive for taking a survey in October and I never received the incentive. I would like to know why I was promised the incentive below and never received it? I even received the e-mail below, confirming that I would receive the $10.00:

I have not received points since July of 2006, despite completing several surveys in that time. I have emailed repeatedly, yet gotten no response.
I redeemed *** points on Aug. 17, 2007. Here is the email I received. This is a confirmation that you have opted to redeem *** points from your Datatelligence.com account.
You should receive an email from ***.com within 48 hours with additional login information and instructions.
I received two like emails that I redeemed but never heard from *** or Datatelligence. I have emailed them many times but have never heard from them. I continue to receive surveys.
