Payment and Rewards

Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Liars and what a rip off

March 25, 2017 by Pam from United States

Like the others I also had my account closed for no reason and with over 100 points lost. When I complained they reopened the account with a zero balance. These people should be treated the way they treat others. Dirtbags.

Account closed, money stolen

March 23, 2017 by Paul from United States

Those of you who got a reply from them after your account was suddenly and without warning closed are the lucky ones. I have sent numerous emails and haven't received a single reply from them.

I wish I could leave them zero stars.

You should be able to leave zero stars.

Not paying earned rewards

March 23, 2017 by Janet from United States

Just last week I, like so many others have found their accounts with reward dollars deactivated. It states at member request or inactivity. Neither is true. They have locked me out of my account and I cannot access my rewards. They will not respond to my customer service inquiries, phone messages or facebook messages. I believe they have decided to not pay out what I have earned. So do not join or continue to use them. I will not even respond to their surveys through other sites. If this is how they treat their panel members they don't deserve your time. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Stole my money

March 21, 2017 by Scott from United States

I have been a member of E-Rewards for about 8 years and was completely satisfied with it until now. About 5 days ago I attempted to log in, only to get a notice saying my account was closed at my request due to inactivity. First of all I never requested to close my account. Secondly, I am active on the site at least 3 times a week. I have submitted an inquiry to their support team 5 days ago and have not yet received a reply. The worst part is I had about $1000 in reward currency which adds up to around $500 in gift cards. This is absolutely unacceptable to take money out of someone's account as they have blatantly done to me and clearly many other people. They need to be investigated, shut down, and their customers reimbursed. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and posting this review everywhere I possibly can. AWFUL COMPANY

dissapointed

March 21, 2017 by rebecca from United Kingdom

Like so many others, I too have had my account de-activated after many years of answering surveys honestly and thoughtfully.
What really galls is the way they seem to have accused a lot of us of giving bogus survey answers. If they had sent an email saying that they needed newer members and thanks for all our help in the past, then I'm sure we would have understood better. Luckily I lost very few points as I've always cashed in rewards as soon as they accumulated.
Very poor practice is my verdict.
