you gotta have a paying job or they aren't interested, and will refer you to lightspeed consumer panel

I am very upset with this company. I tried to sign up to become a panelist and when I got to the part that asked what my ocupation is, I answered honestly that I am a full time student. I was immediately kicked out of the sign up process and told that I could not join the panel at that time.

Too few surveys from this Elite panel from Lightspeed.
More of a business survey site.
There unsubscribe link on emails is nonfunctioning. Hmmm!

This site is an extension of the Lightspeed Research Panel. Actually all rewards come from Lightspeeed. The incentives are good and the survey time is adequate. However, surveys are rare (maybe 1-2 a month) and the survey site itself has areas that are "Coming Soon" and have been "Coming Soon" for months.


The real issue is in their support. One of my incentives did not come within the 1-3 business day timeperiod. When I asked for assistance, I got no reply. Independent emails or emails submitted through their site all yielded no support. After 2.5 weeks, my incentive arrived but still no word from support. I left voicemail too for Lightspeed which seemed to trigger me getting my incentive, but no support contact.

This is a great company! They pay very well and the pay comes within 5 days of cash out. The only drawback is I only get about 2 surveys a month.
