FF Focus Group pays for members to participate in online, mobile surveys, in-person focus groups and phone interviews. Join today by completing a profile, and start making money right away. Earn up to 2,500 points ($2.50 value) just for filling out a short profiling questionnaire.

Rewards

For in-person interviews, phone interviews, or online bulletin boards and other types of longer commitment projects, compensation ranges based on the study requirements, though typical rewards are between $100 - $300. For an online or mobile survey, awards are typically between 1,000 -5,000 points which equates to $1-5 per study. There is also the opportunity to be entered in the monthly sweepstakes, with the chance to win up to 250,000 points.

Note that all marketing research projects compensate participants for their time and opinions.

In-Person Studies

Participants typically receive cash, a check or a gift card at the end of in-person participation.

Telephone & Multi-Session Online Surveys

Payments are made via check 6 to 8 weeks after completion of a study.

Single-Session Online Surveys

Upon completion of a survey, points are usually posted immediately to your member account. Accumulated balances may be withdrawn by the participant once their account balance reaches 20,000 Points. Payment will be made in the form of a check mailed to the address in your profile.

Online Survey Sweepstakes

Every participant that takes an eligibility screener receives 1 entry per survey to the monthly sweepstakes. If a survey is completed, you may receive additional entries as part of the compensation. The sweepstakes runs from the 1st of each month until the last day of each month, when FF Focus Group chooses 7 participant names at random.

All of FF Focus Group's projects are tweeted about in real time on Twitter so you can keep track of the newest opportunities. Find the hottest projects that interest you and are paid fairly! Also, if you are looking for extra projects that you are not initially invited to, apply for projects on the Twitter page, but apply quickly because these fill up fast!

How Often Can I Participate?

Each client with FF Focus Group has different requirements of length between studies. Survey companies can ask anywhere from 3 months to a year between participation in studies. This does not count towards any online surveys.

I did a 5 day online board for them and received my payment within a few weeks in the mail after the study was over. Everyone was really nice that I dealt with and very helpful! I have never had an issue with them. I hope to do another study for them soon!

I have done many surveys and a handful of online focus groups over the years. I've always received the incentive that was promised. One time, I thought I had not and had to contact them. They confirmed the check had been sent and the date and check number. I decided to check one more place, and realized I in fact did have it. But they were responsive when I called in. I've referred many friends to earn some extra cash through them by doing market research studies. Great company to do business with!

I recently completed a 5 day survey for $125 and I never received my incentives I contacted them thru e-mail and this what I got back from them your incentives was mailed out on December 21 2015 and you should receive it shortly I haven't received anything and when I called the person that I was talking to had a nasty attitude and she was very rude acting like I was bothering her beware of this company stay away.

Right now im going through something with them. I haven't received my check nor can I access my online account. I have been calling for months now and still no resolution. I don't know what else to do but to warn people about this company.

Was invited for a 1hr phone interview in return for a cash incentive of $100. The screener told me the incentive would be paid within two weeks of granting the interview. I gave the interview on 12/23/2014 and have not received the incentive as of 1/19/2014. The only phone that would pick up was their recruiting department and they could not help, or give the the name or phone number of anyone who would. Executive's phone numbers are listed on their web site but every last one of them went to voice mail.
