I have been trying to receive a check for $*** since October 17, 2007. I have written them several time, but they have yet to answer. Can you do anything about this?

Yeah about a month ago or more I was told I have points to cash in for money but everytime I tried to get into my account it wouldnt let me needless to say I keep emailing them and I still havent gottan any help in gettting into my account so I can cash in my points what should I do.........
