Global Opinion Panels Resolved Complaints

I keep receiveing emails from Global Opinion Panel telling me that I have points to redeem. When I try to sign in to their webpage, my info does not work. I have emailed them several times asking for help, The one time they emailed me back, the info. they supplied did not work. I can't get anyone to help me get my points cashed in. I have been a member of this group for a really long time, and feel I should be able to get what they say is mine.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist was sent login information and was then fully able to access their account. This case has been successfully resolved and has been closed.
