Founded in 1999, Global Test Market is an online survey panel owned by Lightspeed Research, a Kantar groups company. Global Test Market is one of the world’s leading providers of market research and serves clients in more than 60 countries worldwide.

They rewarded their panelists more than $30 million+ USD in 2016 alone! As a panelist, you can earn points for completing surveys that can be redeemed for reward items from over 200 partners, redeem your points for cash via PayPal, or donate your points to charity.

Registration Process

Registering is easy, simple and free. Click the registration link where you will be asked simple questions about you and your household. The results are used to determine which surveys you are a good fit for.

Rewards Information

Each survey takes on average 15 minutes to complete and reward amounts depend on the survey length and urgency.

If you are screened out of surveys, you may be entered into a quarterly sweepstakes competition. For each sweepstakes entry you earn, you will be automatically entered into the drawing and if you are a winner, you will be notified via email. Remember to respond before the deadline provided to claim your prize.

LifePoints

For each survey completed, you will receive LifePoints, which you can accumulate to redeem cash and prizes. Each email invitation will alert you to how many LifePoints you will receive for taking the survey. LifePoints expire 3 years after being awarded the points, or after 12 months if there is no activity on the account.

On April 17, 2017, MarketPoints were discontinued and replaced by these new 'LifePoints' at a 1 for 5 conversion rate. Collected points can be redeemed for many different reward options, which may vary, depending on your country of residence. Rewards can be redeemed once you have accumulated 1,100 LifePoints ($10) in your account. Note that if you have a friend that was grandfathered in from the old Points program, they will be offered slightly different points than those who joined GlobalTestMarket after April 2017.

Types of Surveys Offered

Many of GlobalTestMarket’s surveys ask your opinion on movies, restaurant, automobiles, consumer products, current events, and a variety of other interesting and fun topics. You can also download the LifePoints app onto your phone so you can take surveys on your mobile.

Points Expectations

You can expect to earn between 35-250 LifePoints based on the level of complexity or urgency of the survey. Even if you do not qualify for the survey, you may still receive 5 LifePoints..

Option to Give Back

In addition to the great selection of rewards, Global Test Market gives you the option to give back to your community! Unicef charity donations can be redeemed with collected LifePoints.

Refer Your Friends!

You can refer your friends by entering their email when you are signed into your account. If they fill out at least 2 surveys, you also earn points.

Rewards Processing Time

Rewards usually take about 4-6 weeks to arrive if you are in the United States and 6-8 weeks for international panel members.

I have no beef with any panel group providing the company is intrinsically HONEST. And this is why I have issues with Global Test Market because twice in a row I have had surveys that allowed me to finish the survey right until the end, then, as soon as I followed the instruction to press "send" to complete, I would get a message "sorry our records show you have done this before". Two surveys that have certainly not been done before. I am unsure whether these problem surveys are their own in-house surveys or whether it is a 'partners'. In any event, the fact it is hosted by Global should make them responsible for the treatment of those who willing give of their time in good faith. When this was raised as an issue, the first e-mail response was an automated one. The second time I was told that their records show I have done the survey before, which is nonsense. I have no problems with being screened out, but not after completion! There is something seriously wrong here, and I will get out as soon as I can withdraw my cash which could be a problem at this rate..

They were so-so with several qualifying surveys per week but now there are lots of surveys, mainly none of which I qualify for.
The pages keep going round and round and round....ad infinitum.
The last time I had enough points it took me three weeks to have them, AFTER it took me 2o minutes on how to request them.
All-in-all, a great BIG WASTE OF TIME.
KEEP WELL AWAY IS MY ADVICE!

although the frequency of surveys is low, GTM is the best and perfect survey panel.
each point equals to 3 INR. earned 6000 INR within 2 years

I have been a member of Global Test Market for a while now. In August 2014 I redeemed my points, but still have not received my payout. [That is after about 4 months]. I have sent them numerous e-mails, to which I get answers, but no payout! Maybe somebody out there, can advise me on how to proceed???

I do a lot of survey site but this one is definitely lower on my like list then any other of my sites. The surveys are lengthy and you can get through very longs ones only to be told you have screened out or the test is closed. I finally got 220 points to redeem for a $10 amazon gift code which I thought was very reasonable (about five surveys) only be told when I went to try and redeem that needed at LEAST 1000 points before I could try and redeem. THAT WAS WHEN MY OPINION WENT SOUTH. NO WHERE IN THEIR INFO ON THE PAGE SAYS I NEED AT LEAST 1000 POINTS TO REDEEM ANYTHING. I think it's absolute BS that I have to work up to 1000 to spend when I already have enough points to buy SOME items. I NEVER ran into this type of red tape with any of my other sites. I'm going to stick to it but If I finally ever do get up to 1000 points and get blocked again some how that will be the end of me and this panel.
