Beginning early 2019, Lightspeed shut down GlobalTestMarket in some countries, and merged those members into LifePoints. As of June, 2019, GlobalTestMarket panels and members worldwide were fully integrated into LifePoints.

Founded in 1999, Global Test Market is an online survey panel owned by Lightspeed Research, a Kantar groups company. Global Test Market is one of the world’s leading providers of market research and serves clients in more than 60 countries worldwide.

They rewarded their panelists more than $30 million+ USD in 2016 alone! As a panelist, you can earn points for completing surveys that can be redeemed for reward items from over 200 partners, redeem your points for cash via PayPal, or donate your points to charity.

Unfortunately, GlobalTestMarket is no longer operational. Click the button to discover survey panels that are running and are actively looking for new members!

Payment and Rewards

Registration Process

Registering is easy, simple and free. Click the registration link where you will be asked simple questions about you and your household. The results are used to determine which surveys you are a good fit for.

Rewards Information

Each survey takes on average 15 minutes to complete and reward amounts depend on the survey length and urgency.

If you are screened out of surveys, you may be entered into a quarterly sweepstakes competition. For each sweepstakes entry you earn, you will be automatically entered into the drawing and if you are a winner, you will be notified via email. Remember to respond before the deadline provided to claim your prize.

LifePoints

For each survey completed, you will receive LifePoints, which you can accumulate to redeem cash and prizes. Each email invitation will alert you to how many LifePoints you will receive for taking the survey. LifePoints expire 3 years after being awarded the points, or after 12 months if there is no activity on the account.

On April 17, 2017, MarketPoints were discontinued and replaced by these new 'LifePoints' at a 1 for 5 conversion rate. Collected points can be redeemed for many different reward options, which may vary, depending on your country of residence. Rewards can be redeemed once you have accumulated 1,100 LifePoints ($10) in your account. Note that if you have a friend that was grandfathered in from the old Points program, they will be offered slightly different points than those who joined GlobalTestMarket after April 2017.

Community Features

Types of Surveys Offered

You can expect to earn between 35-250 LifePoints based on the level of complexity or urgency of the survey. Even if you do not qualify for the survey, you may still receive 5 LifePoints..

Option to Give Back

In addition to the great selection of rewards, Global Test Market gives you the option to give back to your community! Unicef charity donations can be redeemed with collected LifePoints.

Refer Your Friends!

You can refer your friends by entering their email when you are signed into your account. If they fill out at least 2 surveys, you also earn points.

The best!

September 14, 2014 by Lori from United States

By far my favorite site! I cannot say enough good things about them! I cannot get what other people say are issues with this site. I qualify for more than 1/2 of the surveys sent to me & if I don't they don't make me spend 20 minutes trying to qualify. I cash out 2-4 times a month, no joke! When I do my allotted surveys every day I can usually make about $200 a month on this site! I know many people probably don't believe that, but I do & the great part about it is I don't have to spend my entire day on there. I usually am done all the surveys in under an hour. When I cash out on amazon I get my gift card in around 5 days & when I use paypal it is within 10-13 days.

So far not so bad

September 12, 2014 by Jason from Canada

Been with them a couple of months and earned enough points for a few payouts - I'm saving for $100 PayPal though.
I've had a few surveys that dropped/closed while I was either mid survey or just finished. There is a "contact us" page where I explained the issue; to date all they have said is basically "too bad" in relation to any of these situations. While this is a bit frustrating, I've had more good experiences than bad.

**edit
My points were credited and I managed to save enough points for a $100 payout which was in my PayPal account in about 3 days.

closed my account and kept my money

September 11, 2014 by George from United States

Global test market closed my account and kept all my money saying that I provide a false data, I have never provide false or misleading data, including without limitation, I am honest with what I say, I have never lied for any reason.
What is going to happen with all that I earn?

Thanks

George

100 days have passed and until now, I haven't received my cheque.

September 7, 2014 by Firoz from India

100 days have passed and until now, I haven't received my cheque. I contacted them twice. Still no answer. I already received 2 payouts from ipanel in just few months. But in globaltestmarket, it took me many many many months, and now they don't even answer any of my questions. Still survey invites are coming, but as if I don't trust them anymore for this kind of service that they give.

Ripped me off and banned me. Real mature.

I actually joined this website just to leave a negative review for them because many survey sites are reviewed here and I think people should stand warned.

GlobalTestMarket.com: I was a member of their site for a few weeks and completed many, many surveys totaling probably several hours of my time. I reached the agreed upon point total for my first payment, and tried to redeem it. The site told me it would require much more than it clearly stated, so I sent them an email asking whether this was a mistake of some kind. The next day, my user name and password no longer worked. Figured, a bug in the system, because honestly a lot of these are kind of a crap shoot sometimes with how their stuff is programmed, so I emailed their support to request help. They informed me that had banned me. Claiming I had violated their agreements, which I certainly had not. I participate in these surveys for money first and foremost, but I answer them all honestly (albeit sometimes some of them confuse me, or turn out to be aimed at services I am really neutral on, leading me to answer 5/10 on a lot of things to avoid being unfair to spite a lack of knowledge, etc). So I'm rather unhappy that I gave them all that research information, only to ask a fair question and be told I was banned. Is this how they treat everyone who asks them to clarify how their rewards program works more clearly?

The bottom line is, I was honest and sincere with my membership to their site and apparently they cannot do the same.
