I have sent numerous emails complaining about not being paid for a survey, and after a couple generic replies that did not even demonstrate that my email was read, I have been consistently ignored.

I spent three months completing a diary for Greenfield Online. I was told at the end of this I would receive $*** for my effort. I've waited patiently and not heard a thing from them. I sent an email over two weeks ago, asking them what happened, and I have not received an answer. It's very frustrating to waste that kind of time and not be rewarded.

I completed an interactive survey on September 5th, 2007 @ 8:00 pm CST and I was never compensated for this. I have e-mailed customer support three times with absolutely NO response. The compensation was supposed to be $**. I do not remember receiving this check and I tried to contact them to verify whether I did or not. I have heard nothing and it has been 5 months!

Several months ago I was informed that I had some "winnings" in my GoZing account (which I guess is now controlled by Greenfield), in the form of a ***.com credit or certificate. But I couldn't even log into GoZing. I contacted Greenfield at least twice, and they just said that someone would get back to me (but they never did). Now, after waiting patiently for new earnings to be posted on regular Greenfield, I find out that you can only get your earnings through PayPal (instead of the previous check format). I think this is totally unacceptable as I do not feel comfortable registering for a PayPal account and this was not a requirement through GoZing. I just want what I properly earned. I've been a panel member for over 2 years now and lately I been having trouble getting paid for 2 surveys I've taken since 6/18/07 #*** and Jun 20, 2007 ***(I think it's a total of $2+$1=$3 not sure been so long now) ..their answer in 2 email replies months apart to me is: project still open. I'm so not happy with that survey site anymore but I want my money earned(they aren't short surveys for such little payment either) ..thank you in advance

I did a on line survey for greenfield on August 16th. Survey # *** it took 1 hour of my time I recieved a conformation e-mail That I had completed the survey and I would recieve a check within 6-8 weeks for $25.00. I have e-mailed them several times and even mailed them a copy of the e-mail and asked why I have not been paid. Still no reply and no check. Please help me to get my check for the on-line survey I did...Thank you

I have been waiting for a pending payment since June 25, 2007. Also, I have not had any credits toward my account, even though when I complete a survey it states that my account will be credited.

I have been a member of greenfieldonline since October 2005. I emailed them two months ago about projects that were still open (surveys taken and payment not received). As of today, I have projects open (unpaid) going all the way back to December 2005!
Three (3) unpaid surveys in 2006 (August, October and December) and 5 payments for this year from March, April, May and June.

I have emailed their helpdesk and awaiting resolution on my complaint to them.

They used to be prompt in paying you and lately I have been getting a lot of "you're not qualified to take this survey" stuff....
