Greenfield Online Resolved Complaints

I completed this survey listed below in a copy of the e-mail they sent me which was supposed to be for a guranteed $** prize and yet I was only awarded $**. Greenfield's response was that there were supposedly two sessions and despite the fact that I followed the link in this email they say I was part of the $** session.

I completed a survey on ** in October of 2007 and have yet to be paid my $**. I've emailed twice about this, and nothing ever happens. Panelist successfully received their payment check. This case has been successfully resolved and has been closed.

I completed an online focus group in August. I was supposed to receive my $** within 6-8 weeks and still have not received it. I have emailed them several times and they always have a new excuse. Please help me get my money. I also pasted the last email they gave me below

I have not received payment for three interactive surveys that I completed on 8/15/2007 ($***), 9/5/2007 ($***), and 10/9/2007 ($***). I have emailed Greenfield Online repeatedly and have been told to be patient and promised payment. Now, four months later, I still have not received payment.

Hi,
I was a part of an online focus group for greenfield back a few months ago. It was a 90 min. survey where I interacted with a moderator and other survey panelists to give my opinion about *** products. I was supposed to have received a compensation of $25.00 for my participation and I have never received it. Unfortunately I don't have a survey number or a date. I do remember that it was for an *** product called *** and I believe it was in September of 2007 that I participated. I hope this can be resolved as I feel that I was cheated out of my compensation and I took 90 min out of my evening to participate in this focus group. Thank you for your time and help in this matter!

I want to close my account with Greenfield because I feel their practices are unethical. However, I will not close my account until I am fully compensated for the work I did for them.

Identified Panel # was assigned by Greenfield for an online interactive survey, which I participated in & successfully completed on Thursday, Aug. 9/07. Survey started @ 8pm est (duration 75 minutes). Survey was hosted by their partner ***. My User Name was *** for this survey. A payout of $** was guaranteed. I have been chasing the payment. I have been chasing the payment for the past 2.5 months. I am not getting satisfactory answers (complete putoffs). Please help!. Thanks.

Hi, Have requested a cheque for $55.00 from Greenfield about 6 weeks ago, and still haven't received anything yet. I have contacted them, through email, several times about the status of my cheque but don't get any response from them.

I have emailed Greenfield 5 times about my payments, since I still have not been paid, and I never receive a response. They can sure send out newsletters, yet they can't even get back to me? What is going on?

Getting payment from Greenfield is very ... and takes huge amounts of time in which to follow up. Here's some correspondence. I am still trying to get a $30 incentive from a 4/25 study.

I requested a check on April 26, 2007, it has been more than 2 months now since I have not recieved payment. The check says processing, not even processed. In the "Reward Rules" section it states "Greenfield Online will forward the account balance available for withdrawal to you within six (6) weeks from the receipt of your request." I have been waiting almost 10 weeks, this is beoming very fustrating.
