I ordered against their PO# ** on 4th Oct 2007 a *** voucher valued at $** equiv in £ sterling. It is now six months since I ordered, which cost me 3000 points. I have emailed 12 times, still no resolve. Can you please help.

I ordered a magazine subscription that unfortunately was discontinued before a ever received my first issue. I tactfully tried to resolve the issue with the survey helpdesk. I was in contact with help desk on a number of occasions over the course of a year, I never recieved a magazine alternative, my points were not returned and no effort has been made to resolve the issue. I am not happy with the way I have been treated.
