Been waiting since 15 December 2007 for payment. all enquiries assure me they are looking into it but nothing ever happens.

I redeemed 4085 points on the 13th march so I should have received a cheque 2 - 6 weeks after this, according to an email I received. I have had further correspondance on the 3rd June that my query was being treated with matter of urgency and that I should receive it in next few days. Still nothing after more than three months!
