What the heck is this? Ridiculous. They have drawings for $50 every 24 hours. You get tickets for every survey, and you are automatically entered into the drawing. Apparently, people actually win, but not me.
They also have a $2 drawing.
Once or twice a day you win $.01 or $.03, it takes $2 to cash out, so....
The surveys are user generated for the most part, and are a joke. Half the time you can't even understand the survey, and it seems like people are just coming up with nonsense to get the 100 tickets you get for making one. Doesn't seem like the site proof reads them at all.

I have to agree with the negative reviews. Although i appreciate a website that pays, that alone does not make it a desirable panel website. Cash out is $2 but it takes so long to make that money. I prefer other websites where i can make $2 in minutes not months. I really don't get why this survey panel has such a high rating.

I don't know why would anyone gives this site 4 or 5 stars rating, I mean c mon now seriously? For what?! They have short surveys that would take about 3 minutes every three hours but how much do you actually get paid? Like couple cents only!. You can cash out when you reach 2 $ but it takes weeks to reach that ! .

The site couldn't be easier to use. I do my round of surveys in 5 minutes or less. You do need to pay attention to surveys created by the site/ICS, but no problems with those. Just be consistent. I have cashed out 3 times with this site since I joined a few months ago and am ready for a 4th. I was skeptical when I first joined, figuring it was just another scam site. I get paid and receive the money in my Paypal account within 24-48 hours EVERY time. They are awesome. Be aware, it will take some time to get to the $2 cashout like some of the previous comments state. You only get a few cents per round of surveys. It could be $0.01 or it could be $0.10. It is random.

While the site is very easy to use and offers short surveys every 3 hours, your earnings are, at best, 7-8 cents per day. If you lucky, you get 3 cents for the survey, sometimes 2, sometimes 1 and lots of times, 0.
The cash out is a low, low $2.00 but it takes many, many hours of the short surveys to reach the $2.00. The site is nice but I have never received a worthwhile paying survey. The short surveys paying the 2 cents and 3 cents add up very slowly which amounts to getting paid around 4 cents per hour spent. Not worth it to me; but to each his own.
