Invoke solutions are great and pay very well. However I have the same problem every time. I have all the right capabilities, and everything is said to be fine. Then as soon as the moderator and everything begins, the pictures or video don't show up and I'm "kicked out" due to technical problems. Yet a message comes up that I will still receive the full incentive as promised. I never receive the incentive though because the survey site it went through says I can only receive the incentive by the system having proof I took part and completed it. It's a catch 22.

I've been asked to do several online focus groups through them and each time i test my computer with their program to make usre it works. every time it says it does but when i try to load their survey chat page, it freezes my computer up. i've sent several emails and called tech support but they couldn't help me, maybe i need a new computer. i suggest this for the simple fact you can make decent money with them

the link to the homepage is no longer valid? Why did they move??? They also have a unresolved complaint for a long time.

These surveys are the best ever. They do not show up all that often but when they do I am always excited! They are interesting and fun! Not at all tedious. The software might be a bit to large for an older PC. I used windows XP without a problem. Also a cable modem works best.

I love doing surveys for this company! It looks like the surveys on here are invite only through other survey companies, but it was fun to do. We had an interactive survey, and although it was long it paid out good. I would definitely recommend this site! And I hope I get another survey for them soon!

Received an e-mail with a link to test my computer if it's capable for the survey and it was. 10 before the survey started, at the log in page I was asked to install an app in order to do the survey. The app installed, however the webpage would not load. Called back the costumer support and was told it is too late to fix the problem since the survey already started. I was lied in the 1st e-mail when I was told by the test that my PC was fine.
