better payout on individual surveys

April 17, 2013 by Mary from United States

A lot of people have complained about Surveyhead. I personally think they are on of the better survey companies. You know how much they are paying for each survey upfront...by dollar amount and not the point type system. I usually receive their payment within 2 weeks to my paypal account.

need to improve to be better site

April 5, 2013 by Freelance from United States

This site is above average in the rank of survey online. I will stay with it though there are something I don't like and think it should improve to be better site.
Good things:
Have a lot of survey
Incentive is good
Not so good:
Pay out really slow. (It took me 3 months to have first payment 35$)
Many surveys you may done then disappear, no credit and customer services will say they can't find your answer. That's huge disappoint!
Profile of customer should get update but I don't see the update file.
Their Facebook has nothing there except the banner. I would love to have contact with them on Facebook unless they have somebody take care of it.

Surveyhead Sucks???

March 12, 2013 by Chris from United States

I have had many bad experiences with Surveyhead over the last couple of years, including having my account suspended for no reason,(fought them & got reinstated), yet at the same time it is my best moneymaking survey option. I always have at least 10 available surveys to take so I only attempt to do the ones with the best payout & chance to finish, even so I still get booted from more than I complete. Despite all the negatives I have cashed out to the tune of $750.00 over the past 2 years, and they always pay even though it is very slow. I wish that there was a better option but until then I will use Surveyhead.

It's the best I have found till now.

Dear All,
I am Gurpreet from India and would like to tell you my experience with this fantastic site called Surveyhead.
I joined the panel on 1st June,2012 and got my first redemption of $35 from Surveyhead just a week back. You will say that's an awful lot of time, but I may add that I didn't do any surveys for the first 2-3 months at all but after that when I started it came on really well for me.Though the frequency of surveys is quite less for me for obvious reason because I come from India but still it is aces high than most of other panels I am registered with. And what to say about their customer Support, they are the most courteous and nicest folks I have ever conversed with, they really solved all my queries within a few hours and I am really happy and surprised also.
Overall this is the best panel I have seen till now and it really suits my location.Best of luck to Surveyhead and to me also :)

18% invalid's

February 22, 2013 by Roger from United States

I spent several months responding to survey invitations. In the majority of cases I was notified that I was not a fit (in some cases after I had spent considerable time entering my responses). After accumulating $40 of rewards I did receive 3/4 of my money, but I was unable to claim my earning because over the course of the months 15 of the surveys were flagged as "Invalid" and SurveyHead told me that they would not pay out until after they had investigated. I always answered the surveys truthfully so I cannot understand why any of my responses would be flagged as invalid. So my advice is to avoid SurveyHead.
