Ipsos i-Say Online Survey Invitation - ***

After completing the above survey I played the online Instant Win Game and won. I have yet to receive a confirmation from *** stating what it was that I won. I have since contacted IPSOS in regards to this issue and have not rec'd a reply email back from them.

I took a survey about deoderant back in Nov/Dec and was supposed to recieve an *** Gift card. It should have gotten to me by the end of Mar and I still haven't recieved it, have emailed them 3 times and I am told they will get back to me but never hear back.

My daughter and I completed a survey promising a $** gift card back on 9-30-07 and never got it. I emailed ipsos on 11-27-07 and gve them all the details and offered to send them copies of all the pages stating that it was completed, and they replied back on 11-28 with they are looking into it. I recieved another email from them on 12-11 saying that the ere sorry but they were still looking into it. After not hearing back I emailed them again on 1-6-08 and they replied on 1-7 with sorry you didn't get to allocate you ipoints we will send you a link to retry. I replied on 1-9 with a what? and reexplained the situation. The replied on 1-11 aplogizing and that they will look into it. Still not hearing from them I emailed them again on 1-30 stating that I was tired of this game. I have been a member since 2003 and have done every survey sent to me and only twice have been offered any reward and both times they gave me the runnaround. It is now 2-13-08 and I have not heard from them in a month. They owe me $5 and I would like it please.

I completed surveys on 06/21/07 and was promised $10 compensation once the surveys were completed. I emailed Ipsos back in September letting them know that I still hadn't received my compensation. I received a reply back on 9/14/07 that they were behind in payment and if I hadn't received payment in 4-8 weeks to email again. I waited 9 weeks and emailed again. I received one response back stating that they would forward my email to the person that is in charge of incentives and I've not heard from them since. I called the 866# on the survey invite that was mailed to me and left a message with my name and phone number and still I haven't received a call. I called last week. I've also emailed again 2 weeks ago to let them know that I've had no response requesting my incentive and I've received no reply. I would like my $10 incentive that was promised and for someone to either return my phone call and let me know what is going on, or at least email me at ***.
