Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

Although members may experience various levels of success taking surveys on the platform, the site is legit is not a scam by any means. It is safe to use and does not sell user data to third parties.

Ipsos-I-Say has become a disgrace. Take it from a longterm member. After doing surveys for TEN years or so, they just closed my account WITHOUT NOTICE and I lost the over 10,000 points I had been saving for something special. Even then after all that work, all those points only amounted to a little over $100.00. And now they are trying to put the blame on me, saying I might have unsubscribed--WHY would I do that with them owing me for all the hours I put in?? Or that I changed my email address-- but I gave them the only email addresses I've used over the past 20 years!. The other major disappointment is that unless you are wealthy and have a family of 4 and up that buys a LOT of products and services, you will be disqualified from most of the surveys and sent the same old ones over and over again, for very few points. Most people who do surveys do so because they need the money-- but the irony is you need a lot of money to buy the products, travel, hotels, restaurants, and financial services they will be asking about in the surveys. Most annoyingly, you can also invest as much as 10 minutes of your time on a survey going through the tedious, repetitive questions, only to be disqualified-- that happened very often. I wasted a LOT of time and am very angry about this shabby treatment. I have found a lot of similar bad reviews. I'll be going straight to top IPSOS management-- every dissatisfied panelist should-- the top brass should be made aware of what's happening to their name and image. Meanwhile, don't waste your precious time and energy for peanuts, or perhaps be arbitrarily cut off without a single reward as I was.

Update: I-Say finally discovered a record of me and gave me a reward for my points in the form of an Amazon gift code which isn't cash in my Paypal account but is better than nothing. I commend and thank them but it didn't happen without some pressure exerted on my part. To be fair, they said they did send me a notice of account closure but I did not receive it. It is a bit frustrating to deal with them because they send 'form' emails so you get the sense you are writing to a robot which has only two lines of response programmed into it. I am upgrading my rating on the grounds they made a clear effort to help me and finally honoured my reward points. Thanks I-Say.

I have been taking surveys with I-Say for years and used to feel they were one of the more legitimate sites around. Not anymore. I recently, cashed in 1000 points for two, $5.00 Starbucks cards which were supposed to be instant delivery. I never received the codes. I have tried to contact them twice through FB messenger, once through email and twice thru their contact support on their site. They only response I received was automated asking me to contact them through one of the avenues that I have already tried. If someone from I-Say sees this, the order number is 6901xxx. Please do not ask me to contact you yet again. How about you contact me and get this thing taken care of?

I had a similar experience with sudden removal after taking my first few surveys. Such is life. Not worth getting upset over a dollar. But I do have empathy for others that invested loads of time and lost alot of money.
1 and 2 star reviews are double the 4 and 5 star.....so we get what we deserve. Even if things go well today, these actions will eventually catch up with you even if you are happy today,
I consider myself lucky it happened so early.
There are actually survey sites that have aggregate 4-5 star reviews on survey police....so its not that unhappy people only post.
I find that Survey Police is a true reflection of the reality of the sites.
I should have looked here before considering this company.

Been doing surveys for a while and saving my points for £10 amazon voucher and yet I still have not received it. Emailed customer service and no response.

I used to be a fan of ipsos. However as of late have been extremely disappointed with them and their service. I redeemed two Walmart gift cards and never received them. Preceded to contact support, and never received a response. I am going to support other survey sites where I actually receive rewards and support when needed.
