Never received rewards or support after contacting.

September 4, 2020 by Lauren from United States

I used to be a fan of ipsos. However as of late have been extremely disappointed with them and their service. I redeemed two Walmart gift cards and never received them. Preceded to contact support, and never received a response. I am going to support other survey sites where I actually receive rewards and support when needed.

Hi Lauren,

I am sorry to hear that didn't receive the rewards.

Can you please send us the email under which you've created your account and the order ID to [email protected] so we can identify this exact order?
Also, please check your spam folder for the situation that our emails are going there and not in your primary folder.

Have a great day,

Best,
i-Say Support Team
Great site but problems claiming rewards

August 27, 2020 by Katt from Sweden

Hi there! I'm a active ipsos isay user and I really love your panel! However, I've just managed to save up 1100 points and every time I try to submit a reward/order I get a question "prove it's you" and I have to insert my birthdate. I've tried many times and send numerous support messages to you but my date (April 1980) isn't working and I believe there must've been a mistake by me while entering information on my profile at the start. I would love to sort this out and continue this amazing journey with you! My email on site is the same as I'm sending this email from. [email protected] please help asap!
Sincerly,
Katt

Only strange in recent months

August 24, 2020 by Ellen from United States

As a yet a NEW update to all the below: the same situation that occurred earlier has occurred again: I recently tried to redeem points for a 5 dollars Amazon gift card (order # xxx) on July 23, which still hasn't arrived. Numerous e-mails and contact screen mails sent are going unanswered. The same occurred awhile back, even after I got one e-mail, showing they did receive e-mails and could send ones to me with no problem. I finally wrote it up here, they did then respond within about a day then and immediately, e-mailed me the missing gift cards. I'm hoping someone from Ipsos will again see this and send this new missing gift code. I don't know why this has been going on only in recent time, but not in prior years. Since Ipsos is an international company, I'm wondering if the office or person that monitors and answers the reviews here, are different from the person or people who monitor it in the US, who ignore e-mails, or if this could possibly have something to do with the Corona virus, as it first surfaced as a problem in May,

AS an update to my original review below, there had apparently been some freak computer glitch on getting the gift card codes and/or communications getting to and from them to me or vice-versa. I saw they were responding to panelists here though, so I posted the situation here about a day ago. They did receive it and immediately remedied the situation, ensuring the missing codes that had somehow gone awry earlier got to me. This is typical of their usual good service that has been consistent for over ten years, so I'm updating my review to a 5 star one, because they do deserve that rating, based on years of experience dealing with them.

The below was the original review and the above highlights how quickly they did handle the problem:

I ordinarily would have filed a 5 star review (or a 10 star one, if such existed), because I've been a panelist with I-say (and still am), for over ten years and it has been a consistently excellent company, but something has gone seriously haywire with them in recent times. On May 22, I attempted to redeem my points for a $5 dollar Amazon gift card (order # xxx) which never did arrive, despite hitting the “resend” link etc. These gift card codes typically arrive in minutes. After four separate e-mails to I-Say about this (using both e-mail and the “contact us” screen), I finally got a nice response from them on June 3rd that someone would look into it and get back to me on it in a few days. It’s now June 29 and no one has gotten back to me on it, despite my e-mailing again about it a number of times.. During all this, thinking it would eventually be resolved and that it was just a one time software glitch with that one gift card order, I did more new surveys, and on 6/15, attempted to redeem NEWLY made points for a another $5 gift card (order #xxx) which also never came. I’m now owed $10 dollars in Amazon gift cards, and my e-mails and requests on the "contact us" screen are continuing to be ignored. All my messages to them have been polite and respectful, simply requesting assistance and that someone answer my e-mails. I can confirm that these gift card codes did NOT go into a spam or junk mail file, nor can I recall ever having a problem redeeming cards in the past using I-Say redemption. I am also not having trouble getting e-mails from I-Say (as evident from the June 3rd one) and I am also not having a problem receiving communications from Amazon in general or in receiving Amazon gift cards from other venues. I wondered if there was some financial problem the company is having, but if so, why would they keep allowing panelists to do surveys knowing they can't pay the incentives? I also thought there may be a temporary personnel problem due to the covid-19 situation, but of so, why wouldn't they just generate a short, panel-wide e-mail letting the panelists know this. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from I-say would get back to me on this and send me the gift cards I'm owed.

Fun

Takes a little longer to cash out. But surveys are quick and one of the few sites that will send you samples to try and review.

Don't waste your time

August 13, 2020 by Melissa from United States

I spent a few hours each day for 3 days completing surveys for them & they randomly took all my points away because they "expired", including the points I earned 30 minutes prior and today they decided that I'm no longer a good fit for their marketing surveys & deactivated my account. Not even worth the effort.
