Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address and your phone number to complete your registration. Membership is free and available to adults in most major countries.

Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Once you have just 500 i Say points (worth $5) in your account, you can redeem your points for rewards. Rewards options include (but may vary based on location and availability):

Fast Rewards Delivery

e-gift cards and prepaid cards are delivered instantly to the email address listed in your Ipsos i-Say account. PayPal funds will be deposited into your account within 3-4 weeks of request.

Ipsos iSay App

Ipsos i Say offers a mobile app, available on both Android and iOS, so you can complete surveys on the go. Get up-to-date notifications when new surveys are released so you are in the know wherever you are. You can even check your account balance and redeem rewards while on the go!

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

You can expect to receive at least one survey per month, though you may receive many more if your profile details match with new surveys as they become available. Take online surveys on a variety of different topics and earn between 30-100 points or more for each survey you successfully complete. convenience. Refer your Friends!

Ipsos iSay provides the option to refer your family, friends or anyone who you think would be interested in collecting rewards for filling out surveys, via their refer-a-friend program. For each individual you successfully refer, you will collect 100 bonus i-Say points. A successful referral is considered when a referred friend or family member signs up and completes their first survey. I was a member of I-say, and completed many of their surveys with no problem until I mentioned in a comment section on their website that their reward system had a small flaw that should be addressed. Suddenly I stopped getting survey invitations, and my membership cancelled. When I contacted them, they say that their analysis showed "contradictory answers" so I was terminated. I'm a member of other survey sites (mintvine, yougov, etc.) that also do checks for consistency and I've never had a problem with any of them, so this sudden expulsion doesn't seem right. I often don't qualify for most surveys but I'm honest anyway. I think blacklisting someone for a comment they don't like is a poor business ethic.

Few surveys, bad customer support.
Even with screenshots of my points balance before and after a survey and 5 emails to the customer support, they won't admit they decreased all my points survey. Not suprised why it takes so much time to get a $5 reward...
I asked to delete my account.

Don't recommend at all.

I should have read the other reviews before I even bothered to register with this panel. I had received some survey invitations through this panel's app. However, I was unable to take the surveys at that moment. 2 hrs. later, I attempted to take the surveys, they were gone. 1 week and a half goes by, I never received anymore survey invitations. I emailed the panel to ask about this. I get a reply back stating my profile was incompatible with their research; therefore, my account was deactivated. I reply back asking why was I able to still log in, why was I still able to answer the short polls, and why wasn't I given notification??? I also sent FB message to this panel. I received a reply stating that someone would investigate and contact me. Next thing you know, my account was completely removed!!! In addition, I tried to leave this exact same review of this panel on FB, I get a message stating that my review is "abusive".

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PANEL!!!

If I get linked to any of i-Say's surveys via my other panels, I WILL NOT be answering!!!

Update:

I love the answer that this panel gives me,"Please check our terms and conditions on our website for more details on this issue." By reading other reviews about this panel, apparently this panel can delete your account without warning or reason. I've seen more than one person state that they were about to cash in their rewards when all of a sudden their account was deleted. BUT, I'm sure Ipsos got paid REAL WELL from their client that hired them to conduct the survey!!!

EVERYONE, DO NOT ANSWER A SINGLE SURVEY FROM THIS PANEL!!!

I just deleted my account with them a few weeks ago. They just don't pay well, they're very unresponsive to survey takers and just not a professional company, IMO.

These companies pay these survey companies good money to find honest, thoughtful people like me. People like me aren't going to be blown off, given chintzy survey amounts or treated like we're second class citizens.

I'm pretty bright and I'm sure most survey takers are. Companies usually get good ideas and feedback from intelligent consumers like myself who are brand loyal and who have every intention of conducting commerce.

Not this one. Ipsos lost another good survey taker. Once I delete my profile from these sites, it's goodbye for me forever.

Maybe companies should go after survey takers directly.

Where do I start? Great interface, interesting, well structured and entertaining surveys, consistent quality, you still get a few points even if you don't qualify, hassle-free experience, the only downside in my eyes is the long 2 week waiting period for PayPal payouts, but other than that highly recommended, love me some iSay!
