The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Ipsos iSay App

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

You can expect to receive at least one survey per month, though you may receive many more if your profile details match with new surveys as they become available. Hello everybody, this is Dorothy again. I just cashed out again with 10.00 dollars available within 72 hours, You can't beat that when you need gas, a few things for the house are just some fast food. I love it.

I did a survey and live follow up that was about an hour and never received any points . I have contacted support and have yet to get any help. I did another survey that promised a high payout and also haven’t received anything ,that one has only been a week . I am very disappointed at the lack of assistance and that fact that I did all that for them to not pay me for my work . Other websites pay way quicker and respond to customer support quicker as well .

Update : they payed that out two weeks later but now having another issue a day after getting paid for another high paying virtual interview . I can’t seem to redeem the money I just got and no help from support . I just received an email saying they are terminating my account for no reason . That’s fine but I have 80 Dollars worth of points they don’t want to pay me that I just received . What a coincidence I received that and now they’re canceling my account. That’s crazy they need to at least pay me that . I’m ok with the termination because I’ve been having to much time getting paid . Not fair to do the work and no pay .

Second update : I got a response so I sent them an email with a copy of this review and this was their petty response after I told them I write a bad review on the company .worst company .

UPDATE
I would like to update my review of Ipsos iSay: Apparently my problem is on my end. I contacted my email provider as was suggested and they offered ways to resolve this issue of not receiving surveys, etc. from Ipsos. I tried several different things with no success. So I contacted Ipsos again and asked about changing my email address, where any future correspondence would go to a different computer, and also if my rewards were still available and where would they have gone since I had not received them . They responded to the new email address that they changed my email address and also included the redemption codes for my two rewards. Although this is not a perfect solution it is for the time being a way of taking care of this issue. At least I will be getting surveys and any rewards I might redeem. It will be inconvenient to have surveys forwarded on to me, but at least this is a semi-solution to my problem. Thank you Ipsos.

Have been doing surveys for Ipsos for years with no issues. Always received my rewards quickly without problems. All of a sudden, there are problems. In Aug I redeemed points for a $5 Amazon gift card and never received it. My account shows points redeemed and card issued. Contacted Ipsos twice but never received a response. Then 10/12 I redeemed another $5 Amazon card and still have not received this one. Contacted Ipsos but have not heard back from them. Also, have stopped receiving surveys in my email but did receive the email about joining a panel which I responded to. Never received anything after that email. I can go to website and log in and do surveys and receive points added to my account. Just would like a response from someone to help me sort this out and receive my two gift cards. Nothing in my spam.
