they dont pay. they get your answers and tell you that your incentive will be sent and it never comes. you email then and they dont respond to your email.

Doesn't pay to get involved with them, it's a hassle to get all of your money, they are getting a reputation for short paying, 9 Surveys @5.00 each, find out several months later that you didn't qualify, of course, they have all of your answers.
