On October 2, 2007 I participated in 7 pharmasceutical surveys. Each completed survey offered a $* *** gift cert. I completed all seven. I recieved 4 of the seven certificates. 3 on October 31st and 1 on November 23 . I did not recieve the certs for the following company surveys:
