I finished a survey on 5/27/08 for Keynote Research Panel.
It promised that I would be paid a $** Amazon gift card. However, until now, I didn't receive any payment for this survey. I sent one email to them and called numerous times. I never have got a reply from them. Please help me solve this problem.

I have never received one reward for the surveys I have completed. I recently did the *** survey which took 45 mins to an hour to complete. I never received the gift cert. that was promised. Please see below my information:

Panelist successfully received incentive after case was investigated. This complaint has been successfully resolved and has been closed.
I did a survey for them on 11/01/07 and i was suppose to receive a $10 amazon gift certificate and never received anything.The survey was suppose to take 45 minutes and took me an hour and a half.Under their faq's,they state that payments should be received in a couple of days after completion of a survey.I have sent them inquiries and they say that they will get back as soon as they can and they go in order of inquiries,they must have a lot of inquiries because that was over two weeks ago.The survey was on *** and since i completeted the survey,i have got emails and phone calls from *** wanting to sell me ***.I have been on their panel for over a year and never qualified for a survey as i think the incetive is great but the first time i qualify,they don't pay me.I have received five more surveys from them since the carnival survey but i'm afraid to complete them for obvious reasons.Thank you for your time....

I received an email on the 10th of October from Keynote stating the information for my reward. I was rewarded a $10 Amazon.com giftcard, but underneath the claim code it said it expired the 8th of October. I emailKeynote about this and asked them if they could issue me a new one with a non-expired claim code, but still haven't heard anything for a month now. I would like to either get a new Amazon.com gift card or be compensated in whatever way that I can be, if thats by check... I'm fine with that, but I just want my reward for my participation.
