This is my 12 year old son's account, so I am writing on his behalf. On 9/8/2006 he redeemed some of his points for a $** check. Till this day he has never received the check (I know it has been over a year) I called many times, left messages, and no one got back to me, talked to someone and never got a return phone call, etc. I had completely forgot about this problem until today when my son reminded me.
