Lightspeed Resolved Complaints

This is my second issue with Lightspeed in the last couple of months.
I did a survey for them, Opinion Survey #***- follow-up, and upon completion was told I would get 150 points. It then offered me the option of continuing on with the survey for an additional 150 points; 300 points total. I completed this portion of the survey as well, and at the end of it was told I would be credited with 300 points. I was only credited with 150. Since Lightspeed is notorious for not answering emails, I didn't even bother trying to get my points from them. However, upon logging in this morning, I see my points balance down to "0" and they have put the 150 points under "forfeited". There is no reason for this and I am very upset. Lightspeed owes me 300 points. Please help. Thank you.

i got up to the second to last page which read click here to recieve your points when i clicked the button the next page said "page cant be displayed." so i emailed the company and have not recieved a response.

I cashed in 2300 points on 11/17/07, my reward was to be $20.00 deposited into my PayPal account. As of this date (12/10/07) I have not received my payment. I emailed them a few weeks ago, and got no response or payment. I emailed them again today, and I am waiting for a payment from them

I have no idea what my panel acct. # is. I turned in 3300 points that I have earned doing surveys for Lightspeed for three $10.00 certificates for Cooking.com that the Lightspeed site stated could all be used for the same purchase. When I wanted to make my purchase on Cooking.com, I was blocked from using more then one certificate. When I contacted Lightspeed by email 3 times I didn't hear back from them. In the last 2 messages, I stated that I wanted to give back my certificates and have the 3300 points credited to my account. I still didn't hear from them. I then called and left a message and still haven't heard back. The message was left 1 1/2 weeks ago.

I took survey #*** and was finishing up the survey clicked next and got a message with this page cannot be displayed. Tried to refresh and tried to go back. No luck. I have emailed them twice and gotten no response. This was in beginning of november it is now a month later. No points have been awarded.

I am still waiting to receive my $10 for completing an online focus group for this company. You helped me get the 1,000 points but they debited the points from my account and never paid me for the survey, which took place one year ago. I have complained so many time to them, to no avail. I know it is only $10, but I will fight until I get it, it's the principle of the matter. Please help me.

I am having problems with points awarded for doing surveys actually being credited to my account. The particular survey numbers are #xxx, #xxx, and #xxx, but there were others that I do not have the numbers for. The problem is that when you email them that you have a problem, no one and I mean NO ONE has ever responded back to help me. There are some times I guess when I am lucky that the points will credit correctly. And I do understand that there are glitches with computers all the time. I just wish they would at least respond back. Can you help me please? Thank you.
