I have never received that certificate. Have checked my bulk/junk mail, to no avail. Is it possible to trace the certificate number and find out where it has gone to? Usually I can redeem, and the cert is in my email before I get to check. In this case, I figured you might be backed up due to the holidays, and so I waited. It's now July, and I still have not received it.
