I took survey #** on january 23 qualified and completed it and said it would credit me $* but im still waiting for them to credit me i have emailed mindfield three times with no response can you please help me,thank you

on June 15, 2007 at 3:15am I finally had over the $10 incentive limit($15 to be exact) to order my incentive for taking surveys from this site which I ordered/requested from them online on their site at this time...I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY CHECK/INCENTIVE even after writting to them several times through their site and by email and it's now been over 5 months since I requested which is way too long especially since the site said it would come quickly(I can't exactly remember how quickly it said but it was no more then 4-6 weeks but more like 1-2 weeks) ..can you help me get my incentive from them please?
