On September 18, I completed survey # *** for Mindfield Online surveys. I was to be paid $***, 3-5 days after the survey closed. I was paid for surveys I took after that, but not the $*** survey. I have emailed them several times asking when my account will be credited with the $*** and I receive no response.

I have not been paid the earned $10. This issue has not been resolved since April. Mainly because emailing their customer service is like emailing to the black hole: no response whatsoever...
