Members of Mindfield are invited to participate in surveys or focus groups. Surveys usually take 5 – 15 minutes to complete and vary with their rewards given, but you could earn up to $10 per completion. Focus groups may be rewarded up to $100 for participation.

Product Testing Opportunities

Mindfield occasionally offers product testing opportunities to their panel members. Product testing assignments involve being sent a product to test out, and completing a survey about the product. Most product tests award a cash incentive in addition to the product itself.

Cash Rewards

Incentives with Midfield Online surveys come in the form of cold hard cash or Amazon certificates! All rewards are distributed in US currency. Once you have earned a minimum of $5.00, you are eligible to cash out your account. The reward system is as follows:

Once you join Mindfield online internet panels, you may receive periodic emails regarding "Survey Cloud" opportunities which will state how many survey opportunities Mindfield has available directly and through other providers, along with the total value of all these studies (typically in the thousands of dollars). Visit the Survey Cloud every day for new daily survey opportunities.

I get tons and TONS of emails saying I have a survey waiting, soon as I click it answer two or three questions sorry quota filled or you don't qualify! I have been a member for over ten years and within the last few years have had this happen! Soon as I reach my cash-out threshold I am done with them!

I did an overnight baby diaper study with these people. They sent a contact info sheet with the diapers in case I experienced any technical difficulties. Well, I completed the follow-up survey and never received my promised incentive. When I contacted them they told me, for security reasons, they could not respond or comment on what was going on. Wtf? I replied with a scanned image of the paper they sent me telling me to contact them in case I experienced any issues. They have not responded. Stay away from this "service." Seriously.

Apparently I have been a part of this panel for several years. I have got sent an email and was curious so I logged on and I had $5. I tried to take the original survey that they offered. No surprise I did not qualify after being active in the survey for at least 10 minutes. So when I seen that I could cash out I figured what the heck. I'll cash out and I'll just be done. Long story short I tried to cash out. I called because that's what it instructed me to do. I speak with a woman that tells me I need to email them saying that I would like to cash out and which option I chose. So I emailed them told him what I wanted to do. And then I got another email saying that they would process it. Okay so then I then email them back and see if I'm going to get it via email or through the mail because they had asked for my address. Whoever I spoke with via email was very rude and hateful. When I asked for a name so I could include it and my review. I never once heard back. I cannot believe that people allow their employees to treat the ones who make the money for them so hateful. I understand they have a job to do and understand that sometimes it is frustrating but none the less you should still be able to do your job without having so much hate and anger towards the person.

Possibly one of the worst survey sites in existence. They are not only slow to post rewards but they cheat you. I have completed several surveys on their site since I last cashed out my balance on 10/31/17, but in checking my account online, NOTHING shows as 'pending'. This is outright BS! I know I had at least $7 in awards accrued in that time period, which is hard to do. In looking at my account statement, I had been DQ'd on more that 95% of my survey attempts! I must me stupid! But no more! I am sending a copy of this to Mindfield and closing my account.

This is the worst survey site I've ever dealt with. Yesterday I contacted them with an issue with me never being able to do any surveys. There were very rude and condescending toward me. Worst support/customer service I've ever dealt with from a survey site. I was told if you don't like it, leave.
