Members of Mindfield are invited to participate in surveys or focus groups. Surveys usually take 5 – 15 minutes to complete and vary with their rewards given, but you could earn up to $10 per completion. Focus groups may be rewarded up to $100 for participation.

Product Testing Opportunities

Mindfield occasionally offers product testing opportunities to their panel members. Product testing assignments involve being sent a product to test out, and completing a survey about the product. Most product tests award a cash incentive in addition to the product itself.

Cash Rewards

Incentives with Midfield Online surveys come in the form of cold hard cash or Amazon certificates! All rewards are distributed in US currency. Once you have earned a minimum of $5.00, you are eligible to cash out your account. The reward system is as follows:

Once you join Mindfield online internet panels, you may receive periodic emails regarding "Survey Cloud" opportunities which will state how many survey opportunities Mindfield has available directly and through other providers, along with the total value of all these studies (typically in the thousands of dollars). Visit the Survey Cloud every day for new daily survey opportunities.

Been a member for a long time. Rarely qualify for a survey. Only one I fill out is the one called polar bear. I’m done with this one too.

I've been a member since September (around 8 months) and have only successfully completed one survey. The incentive for that one survey has been "pending" for almost 2 months. The "recent" sweepstakes winners listed on the home page are from 2014 and 2015. Is there anyone even managing this site anymore?

I get tons and TONS of emails saying I have a survey waiting, soon as I click it answer two or three questions sorry quota filled or you don't qualify! after a month i finally deleted my account

I completed a 7 day diary for this group of shady "people" and instead of issuing the pay I was supposed to receive, they shut down my account. Now I can't even ask what happened. This was $5!!! They would really do this to screw someone out of $5!! Dont waste a second of your precious life filling out anything for them!

I was a participating member for over one year. I received survey invitations regularly and always accepted them. Usually I didn't qualify which didn't bother me because the surveys I did qualify for were mostly product test, boards and 2 or 3 stage surveys which generally pay more than your garden variety 20-40 "insert topic" survey. Everyone expects a waiting period for their incentive. It can vary from instant to months and this is when the problem started with Mindfield online. My rewards remained in "pending" status for unusually long. One day I check the status of all these projects I worked on and noticed most had NOT paid out. I was waiting for maybe $35 but only got $5. I contacted them and their response was quick and to the point " I was wrong and they owed me nothing". I double checked and did my math and contacted them again this time I pointed out how in some of the surveys/projects I couldn't progress onto the second/third part unless I completed and passed the previous so it was impossible. Their response was the most childish thing I've ever seen a company do. They said they would give me $10 and then, without explaining why, Deactivated my account. I contacted them again and ask why "my account was deleted If I didn't violate terms of service?" I got no reply. After doing some research there are many people with similar stories. Also, there happens to be far more negative reviews than positive reviews which I wish I knew before signing up. There are a hundred websites that actually pay so save yourself a headache and choose another. Mindfield? more like Minefield.
