I have been with them for a year.
I was change my points to gift card.
I waiting for like 8 weeks and did not receive anything, so I wrote e-mail to them. Next day they just frozen my account without telling me anything.

froze account and refuse to answer my emails. Should be able to get 1-2 $50 gift certificates. Will not answer my emaqils-guess this is how they repay thier longtime loyal members.
Don't know what the deal is with mypoints. I cashed in my points, and then they froze my account. Not looking good.
im having the same problem as #116 i cannot redeem my points either once i get to the final step it wont go any further ive contacted my points about 10 times i get nowhere
I have an account with my points. When i try to log in it says member account has been frozen. They need to give me the points i have accumulated. they need to give me the *** points i have accumulated and let me check them out. Instead of scamming people. Thanks
I have tried several days to redeem my points and when I click the item I want the page loads, but never goes any further - it just sits there, my points are being held hostage
