Member since 1999. they locked me out after I entered my birthday after I had a birthday. They refuse to take responsibility or reinstate surveys. I do not recommend and will be leaving the site. Not worth being aggravated for pennies on the dollar.

I came to this site to find another site where I can earn rewards with Amazon payouts, on the page of the 3 sites I had never been/seen/heard of...I tried - MyPoints.
I logged in everyday, did almost every survey had to try.
I did the extra stuff to earn extra points like watch 22 videos that eat up 15mins of downloading, the daily question & then I downloaded the pc addon.
I had earned my 790 points to request my first payout of $5 Amazon.ca eCard.
This is where the problem/s occurred.
I was waiting for the payout & quickly earned another 537 in a mere 3 days.
I downloaded their pc addon...but upon reading about it, it would adjust my cookies and 3 or 4 other items where it would permit me which sites to visit, track my surfing & control what pages I visit.
I un-installed it right away, NO NAZI COMPANY is going to control my web surfing!
I even answered the question about why I deleted the download, I selected 2 answers. I forget which 2, but it was mainly about not wanting to be tracked and having my saved web pages deleted.
BOOM! The next day...I try to log in...YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED!
Bottom Line: True to your company name, you kept - MyPoints!

After do surveys on my Points and earning my award they let sending me e-cards that had invalid codes. I've sent email after email and I get the same answer we will get back to u in 3 days but never do. You need to honor your awards.
