Simply enter your email address and desired password on its home page to begin the registration process. A while back I kept having problems with Mypoints account being flagged and frozen. There was a vague message about "inconsistencies in my information". I after many attempts to resolve the issue, finally got a response from support, and they told me I was signed up for multiple panels that their parent company operates and there were inconsistencies in the information I provided between all the panels. There were panels I had been active in years ago and discontinued but never canceled the account, and they were still using that stale information as the grounds to inhibit the panels I was active on. I asked support to identify the panels, they did, and then I had every single panel closed and will never have anything to do with panels from Prodege again.

I have been a member since 2001. I have earned 128,423 points! That is enough points for 16 $50 gift cards! I do not like the surveys. You can spend 20 minutes or more on one survey and still get disqualified! That means you wasted your time for nothing! Plus the coupons do not always print. And you cannot print some of them again! Plus you try to watch the videos for points. And sometimes, the videos do not play!

It's an ok site to do surveys. They need to fix the whole ad blocker for the video playlists and ncrave. Oh yea also realize that not everybody that lives in Canada speaks French.

Hi, I'm portuguese and I enrolled for mypoints, read terms, policy, everything. They accepted my enroll, even when I said that I live in Portugal. Nowhere it is written that the site was only directed to us and canada citizens. One day I wrote them saying that I wanted to redeem my points (I had sufficient points), I was from Portugal and asked if they had paypal in my country. They said that I had to have over 700 points, which I did, then, in another email they said that paypal wasn't available in my country, then I asked how many points should I have to redeem for an e-card. Finally, after 5 or 6 emails they said that the site was only directed to us and canada citizens and that they were sorry for any inconvenient!! Inconvenient?? Since 31 March 2019 I've answering surveys and wasting my time for nothing?? Because I was making so many questions, they closed my account. So be careful: they are a bunch of liars, deshonest people and irresponsible. They do anything to get your answers and then they trick you, their terms and police are fake!

I’ve been a member since August 2019, I earned enough points to receive a $5.00 and a $50.00 gift card, which I redeemed. However, I kept completing survey after survey and acquired an additional 6762 points and that’s when they deactivated my account. I submitted an inquiry and they said I had to resubmit a new one since it was not related to what I selected. Also, to protect the integrity of the survey research I had too many incorrect responses. How can you have incorrect responses when completing surveys for dog food, bread, cookies, banking, food ingredients, etc.? They said I could continue to enjoy other activities such as Watch, shop, discovery/deals, coupons, and games. They blocked me from logging in again and from redeeming my points. And of course, from submitting another inquiry. Where is their integrity? There are hundreds of complaints with the Better Business Bureau that My Points is blocking everyone from redeeming their points.
