I never got more than token surveys from them. Never any link to login and check points earned. Any panel that keeps itself this isolated from members is up to no good in my opinion.

I cant believe this company is owned by Toluna.First they give you surveys that are 50 points each and once you get 500 they send you a $5 Tango gift card.I know that doesn't sound like much but the surveys take 3 minutes or less to do.The reward is also sent instantly so no waiting for that and the points are given right after doing a survey.So ya for a Toluna I was worried about joining but I am glad I did.Plus the surveys are about shopping so there's another plus in itself.

On January 11 cashed out 1000 points for 2 $5 Tango cards...supposed to receive codes 7-10 days get an email ....we are out of cards expecting this soon.....still waiting.....have received Tango cards from others.....REALLY?

Earlier this month, October, I received an email stating I would no longer be able to take surveys with this site. They said they needed new members. Which I understand. However, they recommended cashing in my points. Only to find out this was to be done in 500 point increments. I had well over 800 points. I've emailed them several times and once received an email stating I should take more surveys to get to the 500 points. However, all this month there haven't been any. So, they have received credit for these studies I have taken and now they won't pay even though it is their idea to get new members! I feel I've been ripped off!

I was with this community for 4 1/2 years and earned $65 total.. The website was changed and the opportunity to answer their surveys and polls slowed to a trickle (and it's that way currently). In early October, I received an e-mail from them titled "It's Time To Say Goodbye". It explained that they periodically change the panel. Their message also said that I had until the last day of October to redeem my points or else they would be lost. When I checked my point total, I had enough for one $5 Tango card (500 pts) and 250 more points. MyShopinion made no provisions to give members all of their accumulated points and, instead, will keep what would have been $2.50. I wrote to them and brought this to their attention but their reply was deceptive, stating they were still e-mailing poll & survey notifications and I would probably earn enough to claim the rest of my points (do the math, I averaged a little over $1.25 per month). They also attempted to deflect the blame (since I told them that it was unfair of them not to give departing members all of their money). by writing that I should make certain I that I am not allowing their survey notifications to go in my junk mail folder. What a laugh. Anyway, this panel is cheap, unfair, and poorly managed. If I don't recommend it to anyone.
