Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I joined about 3 years a go or so, got a total of 392 points and haven't had a survey sent to me or seen one in my profile account for over a year.

My Survey has poor customer service and they pay very little for long surveys. Every time I want to submit a certain survey their system is broke and I have to ask if I get my points. I am so disappointed. The customer service does not answer the questions I ask properly and they act like they do not care about their survey panelists.

I didn't qualify for most of these surveys and have wasted a considerable amount of time filling out part (a considerable part) of the survey before I disqualify, and then only earn 1 sweepstakes entry. Even if I am qualified to finish a survey, the points awarded are small and the points needed to cash out are large.

The earning potential with this site is terribly low. I feel like this site has tricked me into taking surveys for free.

Nothing but SPAM and lots of disqualified surveys. Avoid the site, it isn't worth your time.

You complete 30 to 60 minute surveys and they do not award you the points due. They ignore emails, They essentially take advantage of people's good will.
If you want to join, complete surveys, not get awarded for those surveys, wait upwards of two weeks to be provided with your redemption and be ignored when you email them, then go right ahead and join.
I feel that they use participants.
