Beginning early 2019, Lightspeed shut down MySurvey in some countries, and merged those members into LifePoints. In June of 2019, MySurvey panels and members worldwide were fully integrated into LifePoints.

MySurvey has been collecting American opinions since 1946 as National Family Opinion, NFO and TNS. Payment and Rewards

Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

  • exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
  • exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
  • exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
  • exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

No rewards

Anyone have problem with getting their rewards? I had been redeeming my points since Oct 2013. I did not receive a single voucher at all. I had been contacting the customer service for multiple times, But no one get back to me. I had been in this panel for many years, never expect this to happen.

It would appear that they have fallen on hard times or something, as surveys are few and far between... and their Customer Service has disappeared completely. After many years of being a loyal panelists, it is time to move unto a company that appreciates and respects my time and effort required to complete surveys.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE

Let me just say, I would give this company 5 stars if their customer service was acceptable.

Every time I submit an issue, I receive the general response "When logging into the mobile app, you must enter your email address along with your password. Also, your password must be entered exactly as we have it in the system.The password on the mobile app is case sensitive, where the pc website is not. If you need your password resent to you, please request it from the website.

Please remember you can only participate in surveys on your mobile app that are clickable from your mobile device. If they are not clickable on your mobile device, they must be completed on your PC."

It is like they never even read why you are contacting them. Then, when I respond letting them know that I have NEVER accessed their site / surveys through a mobile app and request they please actually read the e-mail I sent them, the do NOT respond, EVER.

I have even gone so far as starting off my submission with a statement letting them know the problem has NOTHING to do with a mobile app and I still get the same generic response.

Also, if you call the telephone number listed, you get a recording that says they no longer offer telephone support and if you need assistance you should submit an e-mail to them online.

I have cashed out with them on numerous occasions, but if their customer service was worth a damn, it would be a lot more.

incentives are kind of low but good company

The incentive per survey are low but they pay and are legit.

they pay timely. the surveys are good but are usually long, and the customer service is pretty good. i had a problem and i was instantly credited after i wrote them, so needless to say i was impressed and happy they were so honest/accommodating.

so overall, i wish they paid a bit more on their surveys but they always pay are honest, and you get a decent amount of surveys.

Long-time member of My Survey

I've been a member of My Survey for decades. I get a lot of surveys, product tests, and diaries, so I earn a lot of points. The key is to answer them promptly and accurately. Sign in every day. There will be periods where I don't get surveys for weeks, then I'll get several in one day. I just depends on who they are looking for (I get a lot because I own a business). Patience is important. What is irritating me is the change in points needed to get a check. It used to be you needed 10,000 points to get a $100 check. Then it was 10,150 points. Now you need 11,000 points. They are charging $10 to get a $100 check. I've written to complain, but no response. I don't want any of their gift cards or stuff. I spend a lot of time answering surveys (many are 30-45 minutes in length), the least they could do is reward me for my time. I would like the $100 to pay my heating bill, not to spend at a restaurant.
