Trying to collect $** applied for payment 4/18/08 and have not even received any ackowledgement yet. Sent email to customer service on 4/21/08 asking what date monies will be paid to Pay Pal. Then sent another email to anthony deangelis at customer service on 4/22/08 since I had no response. I finally then contact their payment processor, "sitesystems.com" telling them of my dilemma, hoping to get a reply. At this time I am seriously frustrated with their "NON" service for panelists - Can Survey Police Help me??

I'm having a lot of problems with MyView:
1. Since December, I have completed 5 major surveys ($**-** rewards of 30+ min of work). But either I never get the authorization page or even back to the MyView page to get an authorization number. When I contact MyView about these problems, they are never checked or resolved
2. MyView has no customer service. I have left several messages to Anthony and I do not get either a correction or a reply. The most I've ever received back is "It will at some time". That was back in February
3. After MyView has switched to this new reward system, it took them over 3 months to credit rewards till the beginning of March. Even after I cashed out immediately afterwards, I have yet to receive payment a month later

Would appreciate any help to resolve this

I still have not received compensation for surveys rewards dating back to Dec.2007.I am also having problems with there new reward system .I could not cash out when I reached $** because there was not a pay out button to do so. As of now I have $** in my account still pending approval . Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist was advised about validating payment rewards period and will receive their incentive shortly. This case has been successfully resolved and has been closed.

Still waiting for my September payment.
They keep on telling me next week but still no payment. Suppose to be paid 8-10 weeks. It is going on 14 weeks.
I think they have a problem with their payments.

I have been waiting for almost 4 months to receive compensation. I have contacted them several times and each time I am told I will be receiving it by the end of the week. Please help.
