Hi there what my problem is... I reached 200 points on my account in November last year 2007 and I asked for a $** m&S voucher. It never arrived I spoke to a lady called *** and she said that I would be sent out a replacement and to date I have still not received my voucher. I have sent several emails to *** and no reply. Can you please look into this matter for me please? Thank you.
