If you want to waste your time for no reward, this is the site for you! They have a charming practice of letting you give all the information they need right up until the last 1% of the survey, then tell you you "haven't passed their survey quality control". I had neither provided conflicting information nor rushed through the survey, they are simply finding any excuse not to pay. This happened to me for the third time yesterday. Total scam!!

I have been a member of this website for a few years now and always thought it was a great site up until this week. I have had my account suspended because apparently I failed 3 security checks. I only answered wrong on one survey and emailed them about it straight away. Other fails are as pathetic as if you don't answer a question in the time they have allocated for a question. From what I hvae read, everyone who gets suspended is near the payment threshold. In total I had £40 taken from me. Stay away from this company!

I have been with ..its your view about one year now, and have had 2 £50 cheques they sent them without any prompting from me, this is the best one I have done so far

In 12 months I have received one £50 cheque and £34 towards the next one.The cheque arrived in the post without any request for payment. I get at least 4 a month but often don't have time to complete. The window of opportunity is short. I rank it as one of the best surveys because you get cash at a fair rate for your time. No complaints.

Same thing happened with me, personal questions at the end got confusing and I apparently had already made 2 genuine mistakes. They stole the £22 remaining in the account and closed it. No warnings at all. Def don't recommend

Do not continue doing surveys if you make a mistake. This company are ruthless with people who make any kind of mistake. I reached £48 when I found out I had made three mistakes over a period and the £48 suddenly disappeared. Not very nice people to deal with.

I have no compaints, been with (Its your view) for quite a few years now, not many surveys are sent out as other panelists have said but when you get one they are fun to do and easy, I get about 1 per month but would like more.

I filled in their questionnaires for several years and my credit reached £48. You need £50 to receive payment and surprise surprise the invites from them stopped arriving several months ago

This company looked great when I registered. All very easy to join and with a £1 per 5 minute incentive I was very pleased. The surveys are easy to complete and enjoyable, just very few and far between.
You need £50 to claim a payout. With less than one survey a month that's likely to take around 3 years. I know I didn't get paid for at least on survey but can't check the others as their website rarely lets me login, timing out with "server error in ICM2005" messages almost every time.

Equally frustrating is getting a 20 minute survey, then getting screened out half way through. Sure I won't be suitable for all surveys and maybe they've been filled but why let me do half the damn survey first then kick me out. Very unfair.

Customer service do reply but it takes a week or so and even then the reply isn't always helpful, only answering part of the question with a generic response.

All in all a very poor show for what could be a great site.

I have been a panel member for 2 years+ and have recieved 1payment.Recently I have twice not been credited for completed because of a supposed mistake in personaldetails asked at the end of each survey .The last I was able to access my account the amount due was £49.50.Ihave not been ableto access my account for several weeksandhave had no response to my emails.I have today re-registered with exactly the same details as before and have been accepted.I have written to them and await their reply.Watch for an update

I've been with this company for just a few months and have this week reached my £50 payout level. Absolutely no complaints from me. One of my favourite panels.

Obviusly i'm their membership more than a year but recently i've noticed in my account there is NOT any records of my survey's which i've participated and accurate completed it and as the result without any rewards and points and makes me strongly believed there's some scam instead of genunie survey by wasting one year of my times and efforts to taken part in their site!!!

I haven't been with them long enough to find out whether or not they are as good as they seem to be but I also have had similar with being sent surveys only to be told that I am not eligible! But I wait patiently to see if things buck up a bit .... watch this space

I had been with them for at least 3 years. I eventually reached the payout level but when I went to redeem I suddenly couldn't log in to my account and they ignore my emails even after I had sent them the screenshots they asked for.

I have been on £47 for abour 6 months and no longer receive surveys. I think this is a deliberate move in order to avoid payment; up until reached this point, I received regular surveys and my rewards built up fairly quickly. It's all pointless though if you can never get to £50.

I think that it is a good card Every one should get it Try it.

ItsYourView is a UK only survey company that has very good incentives (£1 per 5 mins - their assessment of average time to complete) but the payout level of £50 will take forever at the rate they seem to send out surveys which I qualify for!

I have contacted customer service once with a query about referrals and had a satisfactory response back within an hour.

no relevance to me at all. They have details of me and still send me surveys that are not relevant.

I get roughly one survey a week from NewVista, promising £3/£4 on completion, but my gripe is that the surveys are poorly targeted - for at least 80% of them, I am ineligible. Sometimes this is only communicated after 5 or 6 questions. A lot of surveys close very soon after email notification received too. The surveys are fairly interesting and I feel the rewards are appropriate but would suggest at least 25p is given for ineligible surveys.

I have been a member a while now and well the points I have and the amount they are worth it makes me wonder if it worth me remaining a member, they dont really send out many surveys and so seems a shame because this could be a good company

There a good site and I enjoy the surveys but I want more. I have been with them for over a year now and I have only got 12 points, which is equvilant to £12. I just seem to not qualify for a lot of them.

They're a very good and well paying survey site. However, their referral programme seems to be somewhat of a sham. Although they promise 2 points for every member you sign up through their link, they don't seem to actually pay out for this.

I love this site been paid £50 and already have £17 to my next payment

Just love the format of these surveys - they are smooth, easy on the eye and flow...an all round excellent survey experience, my only gripe with them is that they don't pop into my inbox too often. I really enjoyed doing their Christmas shopping surveys - 6 in all, with a total of £10 worth of points altogether. I have been with them for nearly a year and accumulated over £30 - need £50 for cash-out so here's hoping!

ItsYourView was very good rewards but not enough surveys. Excellent rewards £5 for 5 mins 10/10
