I like them, even though I haven't made enough money to cash out yet, it's fun getting free products in the mail to test! I've gotten to test some meatless chicken nuggets, a can of soup, and a bottle of nyquil! I just like getting products in the mail!

Ive been a member of the Mysurvey panel since 4-29-09, and can get anywhere from 1-7 surveys a month (averaging at 5), the incentives aren't that great (half of the surveys I received were worth 10 points (10c) but when you get a good survey its worth the stay, I received a survey in the beginning of October for 1500 points (1000 = 10 dollars) just for 50 minutes about drinks. I requested to cash out (20$) on Dec 4th and got it Dec 14th. I would recommend this site, but its not for everybody.

Be aware that this panel can cancel your membership at any time based on...on ANY (even non existing) reason.
In my case it's "Membership with MySurvey.com is limited to U.S. residents only." Nothing wrong, except that I DO live in the US.
As a proof I was ready to provide a copy of my US passport, I offered to call my home phone #...I heard only one answer - "YOU DO NOT LIVE IN THE US".
Just can't believe...nonsence!!! I know who I am and where I live and I'm not insane :)
I lost all money I've earned. I can't join the company, because "I don't live in the US"
I assume that I must live somewhere in Africa to be seen as US resident...
Just be aware of such discrimination!

I registered with MySurvey.com yesterday, and I'd agree with the people posting here that are veteran survey-takers that it's definitely a legitimate outfit.
As many have said, taking online surveys isn't a way to fabulous quick riches, nor should it be; it's just companies hiring these companies for market-research, which in a capitalist economy is necessary to determine which products or ventures are worth investing in.
Though the payout is low, MySurvey.com is definitely a legitimate panel. They credit your account for filling out profile information/screeners and it doesn't take too long.
I would recommend joining up and just roll with it; their website is easy to use after registration and you can easily check your account without gimmicks.

I have been with NFO for a little over a year and have made $80.00 dollars, they have the best products to test, I received a whole case of Name brand caned dog food, a total of 16 cans I thought that is well worth is alone but I also received $5.00 dollars for having my dog test it.

I have been a member for several years and they have never failed me and keep getting better. I would love to tell you the brand names of all the great full size products I have been sent to test. I love the huge list of high quality rewards I can cash out for - its almost too long and I have trouble selecting one LOL. This should be rated #1

I've only been with MySurvey for just over a year, and have had not one issue with them. They pay promptly, and I have surveys coming all the time. In my short time, I've received over $1,000 and not once had a problem with payment. They are one of the best survey companies around. They also do a lot of fun test sampling.

My survey.com is one of those leech panels, they have the longest surveys that try to suck info from you in multiple catagories and takes 45 mins or more, and the reward incentive sucks. It would take 2 years to earn $10, that is if you're lucky enough to take 3 surveys a week. I pulled my named from their list. Waste of time, too little incentive. You have to have 1000 points just to make a donation to a charity. For those that are raving about NFO MYSurvey.com you must be the only ones they pay or you're ringers. I'm not believing it.

All things considered, NFO is beyond fair and definintely worth it. No you're not gonna get rich and if anyone's in the survey taking business for that reason, I suggest you stop now or nothing will be good enough. I reached 1000pts, cashed out and received my $10 check in the mail in less than a week. Great customer service, always fair, worth the time and making a few extra bucks for a moment of my time is always better than making no money and just wasting time.....

Cash out is 1000 points and the surveys give very little to nil points. 1000 points is only 10 bucks. I dont know about the payments or how fast they are but with 1000 points for 10 bucks is crazy. Spend your time elsewhere and save the headache.

Panel appears to be legitimate. Have been with them a few years now. Always paid when asked for. Only worth the time if you qualify for the additional points. Then that's nmot really a lot.
Product testing is fair. Lately, few surveys for me though.

Although it is nice they offer 10 points (10 cents) for the screeners, they generally offer between 10 and 40 points for the remainder of the survey if you qualify (10-40 cents) which can take up to 45 minutes or so. So unless you like working for pennies an hour, I would say avoid. Be careful of company employees claiming high payouts...this just does not happen with this company.

had joined the site and was doing fine even downloaded the messanger toolbar. then when i went to login it would not let me log in. Said that my email was not on record even though have recieved surveys from them. now it says you cannot join unless you are invited by someone.
sent email to them hopefully this will be resolved had about 100 points with them.

I really like MySurvey. They have an instant messenger to let you know immediately when there is a survey for you to take. I especially like that they send you product samples to test at home and then do a survey. They have sent me a loaf of bread and mascara so far. I also like that everyone will at least get 10 points for their time, even if they don't qualify for the entire survey. Their surveys are also shorter than some companies and that is always a plus. You may not get rich with MySurvey.com, but it is still a fun way to spend your time.

I like several things about MySurvey. They let you know up front how long a survey will be, they give points 4 surveys even if u don't qualify and they're pretty quick w/ payments (2 wks tops). In the past 3 yrs since becoming a member I've earned 35000+ pts. Which translates into $350.00. You can also ask for merchandise as well. They offer LOTS of surveys and are very honest. Once-when I moved, my check went to an old address, so I didn't cash it. They credited that amount back to my account.

Been a member of My Survey for several years now, sometimes it takes awhile to build up points. They always pay when you turn your points in, and most of the time you have your check in about 3 weeks or less.

Having my account five years ago, it always pay as promised, though it took long times to accumulate enough points to cash out, overall, it is an honest site and worth joining as your additional survey site.

I have been with them for a yr now & I have received a few $10 cks now. You have to get 1000 pts to get a $10 ck or let it build but I always just opt for the ck as soon as I hit the 1000 pts mark then I just wait 2-3 wks & there is a ck in the mailbox. The send you notices of when there is a survery to take to you have to wait but sometimes when there is you think you finish the survery & then they will ask if you would like to take another survery that has something to do this the one you finished & it is usually for 450-750 extra pts. I think this one. This is one I know for sure you get a ck & not get entered for a sweeptakes for something.

Although the incentives are low, so are the surveys short. I don't mind that. I got two Marie Callanders dinners out of nowhere one time I thought that was awesome and in 6 months Ive recieved 2 regal cinema gift cards(so I can treat this time). It doesnt sound like much but I have minimal time invested. Also its one of the better one for responses to your emails, considering none of the survey sites are good with that.

I have been a member for over two years and I would highly recommend them as an excelent survey site. I have cashed in points several times and received payment in a very timely manner. I like that you earn points even if you don't quslify for the actual sutvey. I think I only had one problem and received a telephone call a day later and the problem was taken care of immediately. I have also received products to test anbd then do a survey. I think they are great.

This company tells you how it is the 10 points per a survey is a great thing.

And if they allow you to do the whole survey it's more points. I wish there were more company's like this that instead of putting your name in a sweepstakes that your never win NFO really wants you to come and pays you for your time

NFO, is one of the best survey companies. They pay on time. I don't seem to quailfy for too many, but will continue to do their surveys. Good company!

I have made over $400 with this company. To all those complaining about the .10 pay those are screeners to see if you qualify for certain surveys, that makes them legitimate because they don't let just anyone take any survey. I have received 200 -2000 points for my work.

lastly...when you give your personal info. how will i know its confidential??

Outstanding company pays on time and as someone else mentioned in on the message board often there is a lot of points lurking behind that test screener. The 10 points is what you get when you DON"T qualify for the survey which is better then nothing at all however I have had as much as 1100 points as an incentive after I qualifed for a survey. And the products they give you to test are great and they give you points for those too.I have made hundreds of dollars with them so far and have been a member for about 2 years. The key is patience in these surveys you won't qualify for more than half or even less I never make it a point fo rely on just one survey company sign up for as many as you can and let the chips fall where they may.

poor pay (usually 10 cents to 30 cents) for surveys. Pays poorly for product tests (10 to 30 cents) and doesn't tell you up front that you won't get paid properly for the at home testing. On average they pay 10 percent of what top tier survey companies pay

I've been with this survey company for many years now and I have earned many great incentives from them. I've always been paid on time and had my points properly credited.

It is true that they offer a small incentive for the screener and sometimes a small incentive for the actual survey. However, sometimes lurking in these smaller surveys are opportunities to take larger ones or focus groups or test products (I've earned as much as $40-100 USD for focus groups or studies) and so they are worth it to try. Some months a person will receive a lot of surveys and other months they might get none.

I've earned quite a bit of money through them and I am very please with them, I would recommend them to anyone who has patience and is looking for an honest company.

I have turned in several time for cash and it has never been over 2-3 weeks getting it. I would recommended this site to anyone.

This survey site has got to be the cheapest site out there by far. Most surveys they send you pay only 10 cents each. If you're really lucky tho, they will allow you to spend an additional 20-30 minutes on the same survey for an additional 40 cents. This is a grand total of fifty cents for a 40-45 survey.
I actually lucked up and was given the privilage of earning the extra 40 cents on my last survey and was then cheated out of the credit. They only awarded me the 10 cents after wasting about 35 minutes of my time. I have a grand total of 455 points (cents) after 10 months. Considering you need 1000 points to cash out, It will be at least another year or two before I get my $10. Forget it MY SURVEY you can just keep my points!

If 10 to 30 cents sounds good to you for filling out a 20-30 minute survey, go for it.

I have had one product test from them. Who would say no to a product test? However, I agree that it would be nice for them to be up front about compensation for testing the product and giving your feedback. If they were honest and asked if you would like to test Product X for 2 weeks and then complete a survey for 30 cents they would sound ridiculous, so they simply don't tell you that. But when the survey arrives, there it is...30 cents.

My 17 year old has been offered a dime to complete a 40 minute survey.

This outfit is a CLASS ACT! When a recent, ongoing survey I was taking was discontinued half way through, due to a programming failure, I was concerned that I wouldn't receive any compensation for the part that I had completed. My Survey handled this situation in an honest, ethical way. They paid me the full reward offered for the completed survey.
They also don't waste your time by having you spend a lot of time answering lots of questions & then disqualifying you for a survey with no compensation.
They offer a nice selection of rewards, too. I
highly reccomend signing up with them!

This could easily be a top 5 if you recieved many surveys.The surveys are short and to the point not repetitive like a lot of others.Made only $13 last year.

This has to be THE lowest-paying survey company I have ever signed up for. Most surveys I've gotten take between 10-20 minutes to complete, and the max reward I've ever seen from them is 10 cents. There are too many other survey sites out there who pay better for anyone to waste their time with this one. If you haven't signed up with them yet, I wouldn't bother.

Yes You don't get much sometimes but sometimes you do..I have always been paid and i get quite a few surveys.I am very Happy with them they are one of the few that are honest and timely.

This is an honest online survey organization. Although you will not make an excessive amount of money,you can easily make about $40.00 a month. This adds up and for my family makes for a great pizza nite. At least they aren't going to rip you off.

I have always been treated fairly by this company. I enjoy testing products at home and feel that is incentive plus you get points for answering the survey at the end of the test. They pay fast and do answer questions when you email them. The #1. Have done surveys for them for many years.

First of all this is an honest company that pays it's customers. However, they are very disrespectful in their reimbursement policies. Completing a survey generally results in a 10 cent or 20 cent incentive. COnsider that for other companies, very brief surveys result in at least a 1.00 incentive. Longer surveys are reimbursed at an average of about 4.00 and up to 25.00. Additionally, I agreed to test a product at home. Unlike more respectful companies, they did not indicate how much the reimbursement would be for the product test. Normally other survey companies reimburse at least 5,00 for a product test. My survey reimbursed a dime! COnside that they spent 7.00 to send the product to my apartment by fedex when it did not need to be expeditied. I feel badly for those who think this is a good company because they have not experienced higher tier survey companies like globaltestmarket or surveyspot. I do not recommend this company .

The one thing that makes this survey site great is that not only do you do surveys, but you get to try and test products you use everyday anyway, do a survey about it, and get paid for doing it. I just wish I could get more products that I do now.

I've been a member of NFO for over 18 years. I have tested products for them over the years. They are Honest & Trustworthy.

I have belonged to MySurvey. for years. I have never had a problem being credited. My incentive checks come very quickly. I have also gotten free charcoal, laundry detergent for a month and many many other things. I think this is one of the best sites! Surveys tend to go in streaks. You don't get any for awhile and then you'll start getting a lot of them. Hang in there, it's worth it!

It is a pleasure to do surveys for NFO My Survey. You won't get rich - their quantity of surveys is low and if you are like me you will not qualify for most of them. However, the compensation is adequate and you will receive a token amount even if you do not qualify. Rewards are always paid in a timely manner.

I used to get surveys all the time and have cashed out twice with them but ever since my second payout I have only received one 10 point survey and its been months

I've been with My Survey for sometime now. The surveys are good. nice company, but there's really not that many surveys to do, and it would probably take someone about 3 months to earn 10 bucks.

Have been a member for some time and earned more than 12000 points ($120) and counting. The surveys are slowing down. I am continuing with NFO My Survey because of their past payments, but I wonder if it is still worth it. It might take more than one year to earn the next $10.

I had a issue with my computer and couldn't do surveys and couldn't even notify NFO My Survey, so they disabled my account. At that time I had over 700 points accumulated. When i was able to go back and do surveys again she set the account back up and I have earned enough to cash out and have, and I received my cash within 2 weeks. Thumbs up for NFO My Survey.

I would say that this was my least favorite survey site to date. The incentives are just horrid. You make at best 20 to 30 CENTS per survey. In approximately 3 months I made a grand total of 3.85 cents for over 20 surveys completed. You can get far better incentives using other survey sites.

I have had plenty of surveys from NFO My Survey including some very high paying ones. Fast with their payment too. Love it.

I'm not impressed. I went here after reading some reviews when I was getting started into this and I have been tremendously underwhelmed. I have cashed out once (which I am still waiting for) but hardly any survey over 10 points, and about 50 at the most. Only a couple times did I get anything substantial. Not "horrible", but I don't recommend it.

While I have gotten a nice product test in the past with them, that was the exception and not the rule in my 4 years with the company. More often than not, I think it costs me more in electricity costs than I get back with so many ten minute surveys that put a whopping 10 cents in my account balance. It sounds like some others with different demographics may get lucky with more frequent (and lucrative) surveys, but I personally can't recommend it.

I really hate having to build up to 1000 points to cash out. The surveys are too long for 10-20 points.

I've cashed out a few times, due to cash paying surveys. They are very rare. I've got a couple of products to test for lousy points. All in all, it's up to you if you think it's worth joining NFO My Survey.

I've been a member for quite some time and never get surveys. I even installed the MySurvey Messenger and check it every day...there are NEVER surveys for me. Oh well...I guess I'll keep waiting and see if they ever notice I'm a panelist!

I have cashed out plenty of times with NFO. They pay you for every survey sometimes just 10 points and sometimes a lot more. i get 1000 point ($10) surveys quite a bit. I always get a check but i did notice in their merchandise they have a $105 watch for only 5500 points (55 bucks).

I cashed out my points for a DVD player and it came 1 week later, priority mail! Definitely recommended.

I find their surveys a lot of fun and I sometimes get products to test. I havent referred anybody but still find the points rack up, and I am able to cash out fairly quickly. I would recommend NFO.

I like the surveys I get when I get them, but most of the surveys I have received have only been worth around 10 "points" and you have to have 1000 points to get any cash. I haven't referred anyone to their site, though. Maybe that's what makes the cash.

NFO is just a great survey company.

I get more surveys on a more regular basis here than other groups that I belong to. For some surveys you take a preliminary survey, even if you don't qualify for the full survey you get some points. Not much but it is better than getting nothing at all.

It's a good company, even if you don't get referrals though, Some of their regular surveys even pay 10$.

They pay you a small amount for surveys you don't qualify for, which I like, because it adds up over time.

NFO is great! I get survey invitations all the time, and I find the surveys fun and interesting. I think they do a good job, and are a legitimate survey company.

I have earned lots of points through NFO which I have redeemed for cash without any problems.
