OpinionBar offers its members the option to take online surveys, some of which are game-like in nature, or even test new products (and keep them!) before they are released. The fun and easy nature of the surveys make it simple to give your opinion on decisions being made by large corporations. You may also be asked to judge the latest websites or TV commercials or to participate in online brainstorms.

Earn Up To €10 Per Survey

Members who take online surveys will earn between €1.00 and €10.00 for each survey they complete. Panelists will be invited to participate in at least one survey per month and most can be completed in a short 10 minutes, although higher paying surveys may take longer. Even if you are screened out, OpinionBar will reward you with €0.10 for your time. Unlike other panels, you receive cash, not vouchers!

Earn Cash or Donate

Once your account reaches a balance of €10.00, members have two options. They may either request a payment via bank transfer or donate their earnings to a charity of their choice. Payments are issued on the 1st week of every month, and may take up to six weeks to show up in bank records, depending on the country you reside in.

Eligibility: Multiple members can join from the same household who are 18+.

OpinionBar always seems to have surveys I qualify for. They can be a little time consuming as they are organized in such a way that you may type one answer per screen (instead of having multiple answers on one screen). Very few screenouts.

They shut down your account and avoid paying you without giving a reason. They also have surveys that do not pay you when you complete them.

I used to complete several surveys, and when I had a question, a customer service rep would reply promptly. I still receive lots of surveys both in my inbox and account, but the only problem is that every time I click to take a survey, I am told it is filled or I already completed it (NOT TRUE!). This has been going on since January 2022. I must have clicked on over 100 links to their surveys and am immediately disqualified. Very strange!!!!!

Something is DEFINITELY wrong. I tried emailing Opinion Bar but NOBODY has ever gotten back to me. Thank goodness I only have a little over $11.00 left in my account because their rewards page says that they are making changes and to check back in a few days. I have been checking back for over 2 months and still get the same message. ): I hope I can eventually cash out my balance but I am very dubious.

I do not know why they are ignoring all of my emails for the last 4 months. However, they still keep sending me lots of surveys.

This company needs to be checked out. I do not know what happened to them and feel sorry for those of you who allowed the money in your account to accumulate. I do hope you can find a way to cash out your earnings. You must protect yourself and NEVER let your rewards build up with lots of money or points.

My review pertains to MetrixLab, which operates through OpinionBar.

I have done four of MetrixLab's one-hour discussions, with each initially offering a $20 Amazon gift card as incentive.

Right before the first discussion, incentive was increased to $40. I received a $40 Amazon gift card within a week of participating.

Likewise, they increased the incentive for the second discussion, but this time to $30. Again, I received the $30 Amazon gift card within a week of participating.

For the third discussion, they offered a $20 Amazon gift card, this time with no last minute increase in incentive. This is the one I have yet to receive.

The same incentive was offered for the fourth discussion, and I received the $20 Amazon gift card just a couple of days later.

I have attempted to contact them regarding the payment that I have not received, but there is no contact information for MetrixLab, and OpinionBar has not responded to me. I would've rated five-stars if I had received this payment, as I have received payment reliably, otherwise. I will update if I receive this payment.

Until 2020 opinion bar was a reasonable site.
Yes took a while to get to the £10, But they did pay up.
Now they kick you out of 90% of surveys
And those I completed, showing "pending completion" months later. Been stuck on £7+ for almost 3 years now, but owed around another £9.
They also respond to contact with "how did we do emails" but never respond to the original issue.
