I requested payment of $*** back on 8-27-07, and have YET to get paid. When I contact them at the e mail "support", I keep getting the run around on when I will be paid. At first it started out with the wait of 45 days, then it got longer and longer. Now the latest is that they need to "verify" my phone number. I don't answer or accept unknown calls, and have them blocked. I have requested that they let me know the number they will be calling from, with no reply to that. I then requested that I be able to contact THEM in order to verify my phone number, again, no response to that. I just would like to be paid for my completed surveys. I don't even care about the "pending" money owed that has yet to be "processed". Can someone help me please??

I just discovered your site and really hope you guys can help me. I too am in the same boat as the others who have filed complaints against Panda Research. I requested payment for $*** on August 2, 2007. I was told on the confirmation that it would take up to 35 days. I waited that amount of time and emailed them asking what the hold up was. I received a snobby answer stating as per their terms and conditions that it would take up to 90 days. I then responded to them thanking them for the response but also letting them know they should change their confirmation that says 35 days. I never heard anything since then. I waited the 90 days and have been emailing them almost every single day since then asking them to respond but have received absolutely nothing.

I have accumulated 150 dollars in earnings, 100 approved, 50 pending. I requested payment for the 100 approved dollars on 5/07/2005 and have yet to be paid. I have also sent email after email (they have no contact number) and all of them have gone unresponded to. Is this a scam? and on the payment page they have a disclaimer "IMPORTANT : User Payment Request may take a little longer than expected during festival seasons since the approval/updates are slow due to higher number of Requests. Inconvenience Regretted !!" I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what festival could they possibly be talking about!!! And why would it affect my payment? Are they partying with the money they made off of me at that "festival" and too busy to pay me? And when I first requested my payment, it said allow thirty days, then they changed it to 45 days, now theyre saying 6 weeks. Well its been 4 months.

On 5/15/07 I requested payment of $123.50 for surveys completed via Pand Research. First, I was told payment to PayPal would be within 35 days, then 45, then 90. It's been over 4 months now and I have received nothing. In fact, they are no longer responding to my e-mails at all. There's moe money for me to yet be requested from their sight, but what's the point if they don't pay?

I completed $110 in surveys and requested payment. Their website stated that it took 45 days for payment to be paid. After 45 days, I did not receive payment via Paypal as their policy. I emailed support and was told payment will be made in 90 days. It has now been 120 days and no payment has been paid. I have sent four emails with the pass few weeks and none of them have been answered.
