"Ripped me off and banned me. Real mature."
Monday, August 25, 2014 by R

I actually joined this website just to leave a negative review for them because many survey sites are reviewed here and I think people should stand warned.

GlobalTestMarket.com: I was a member of their site for a few weeks and completed many, many surveys totaling probably several hours of my time. I reached the agreed upon point total for my first payment, and tried to redeem it. The site told me it would require much more than it clearly stated, so I sent them an email asking whether this was a mistake of some kind. The next day, my user name and password no longer worked. Figured, a bug in the system, because honestly a lot of these are kind of a crap shoot sometimes with how their stuff is programmed, so I emailed their support to request help. They informed me that had banned me. Claiming I had violated their agreements, which I certainly had not. I participate in these surveys for money first and foremost, but I answer them all honestly (albeit sometimes some of them confuse me, or turn out to be aimed at services I am really neutral on, leading me to answer 5/10 on a lot of things to avoid being unfair to spite a lack of knowledge, etc). So I'm rather unhappy that I gave them all that research information, only to ask a fair question and be told I was banned. Is this how they treat everyone who asks them to clarify how their rewards program works more clearly?

The bottom line is, I was honest and sincere with my membership to their site and apparently they cannot do the same.

"Rip Off Group"
Monday, August 18, 2014 by Grant

I am a member of at least 5 survey companies and have never had any of the troubles I get with this crew. I have spent considerable amounts of time filling in personal information in surveys with GlobalTestMarket only to be screened out after 10 or so minutes. The most recent was a survey I spent well over an our on and finished, only to be told that the survey had ended. Each time I contact customer services about a problem I receive a reply that they have received my query, however I never hear back from them. I believe that they are a waste of time and would not recommend them to any one at all. They give far less points than most other survey companies and always waste your time.

"really good"

they are pretty good and the pay is really good for a particular survey. It's just sending them a check is uncertain. But overall good

"Missing Point and Never respond to email"
Sunday, August 17, 2014 by Chris

I am not sure if other has experienced this with Global Test Market. I have done several surveys with them for the past 5 months. Sometimes after completing some of their surveys, the points were never credited to my account. In the beginning I thought it was sort of a glitch on their system and that eventually the credits would be posted. It never did, I just let it go. Did not have the time to worry about it for a buck or few cents that they pay you. It might be that is what they are counting on. Recently it happens a little more often and I started to send an email to Global Test Market with the screen shots to show that I completed the survey and that the credit was never posted. To me I think this is a lot of hassle for the small amount that they pay you. Global Test Market never responds to a couple emails that I sent. Then I resent the emails again and so far hasn't gotten any response. To me its not worth it to keep pursuing sending email with no response from them. It could be that the first emails were never received, but after sending a few times and no response, I am beginning to wonder. Like I said for the small amount that Global Test Market pays to do the survey and to keep track of the credits, that is way too much hassle for anybody. I may or may not continue to do their survey, but of course there are always someone new that will do the survey and for them to rip off. Few points here and there to rip off and do it once or twice a month from thousands of people around the world, it will add up few thousand of dollars of saving that Global Test Market doesn't have to pay. The choice is yours.
