"Total Ripoff"
Wednesday, February 25, 2015 by Kevin

I had been a member of GTM since 2008 and had 37000 points and over 7000 sweepstakes entries in that time. Then I received this response as to why I could no longer log in to my account:

Dear Panel Member,

According to our records, your account was not in compliance with the User Agreement, notably Section 6 – Good-Faith Participation:

You agree to participate in good faith and to the best of your ability in any market research activities in connection with the Service. You will not provide false or misleading data, including without limitation, survey responses that are inconsistent with prior responses or statistically improbable.

GlobalTestMarket reserves the right to terminate any account suspected of User Agreement violations and further forfeit all awards earned from said account.

Well I have been filling out surveys here for 7 years and now all of a sudden it's not in "good faith"?! They used to be good and give decent rewards but 30 points for 25 minutes or 10 sweepstakes entries.....nah don't bother with them.

Update: After sending them a sternly written email my account was reinstated as a "one time courtesy". Luckily I have cashed out my $50 as of today. Seriously though accusing you of "fraud" after being a panel member for 7 years is a stretch too far for my liking.

"Good until they have to pay you"
Saturday, February 21, 2015 by Becky

I belonged to them for 2 years. I didn't do it too often and got paid when I did cash out. I always got a ton of surveys. When I started doing the surveys and getting paid more frequently they decided to block me. I couldn't log on after I cashed out a $100 in checks it took me months to accrue. I asked them why and they blatantly lied and said it was due to fraudulent activity. They wasted months of my time and when they had to pay in checks instead of gift cards they ban me. They gave no examples of how I committed fraud. It was a generic email they send to everyone they want to screw over.

"Good site"

Been with this panel for around 7 years, and never had any problems. Points soon rack up, and are worth quite a bit. They are consistent, and although the screen-outs can be annoying, the value of surveys you do get accepted for make up for it :) I enjoy around £30 of vouchers every 3-4 months.

"survey completions"

over the last few months increasingly their surveys default on the last question. No points are credited at that time. It had been the high point surveys that failed, lately it ifs about 50 percent of surveys. You need to write down the survey number. I have e-mailed them. no resolution
