I took two surveys in the last two weeks and at the end of each I got the following message, "We have noticed a discrepancy in the manner in which you have taken the Survey. You have earned 0 Univox points for your effort " This is just a way of not paying me. I contacted them twice because I have no idea what I did wrong, and still have yet to hear back.
I have completed surveys, and when I finish spending up to 20 minutes doing it, they say I don't qualify. They are getting their surveys filled out and paying up. Rip off survey company.
I have contacted their support by email on numerous occasions and not one reply apart from one dated 17/11 saying my $25 Amazon Voucher would be with me later that day well today is here checked my emails and no Voucher code has arrived. I have been a member for over 2 years and this is my first payout as the surveys they send boot you out before even answering a single question. so i am reaching the end of my patience to be honest!!!
I guess this company does not comprehend English...A SURVEY FOR ALL means just that FOR ALL even though I am in Executive Management their surveys for decision makers always kick me out...do not waste your time...many great sites out there they just scammed me out of 500 points AGAIN
I have been waiting 5 weeks to get my first reward, to be constantly told within the next week it will be available. I have contacted what they call a support about it every week for 3 weeks now, but yet I see others in the chatbox saying Gee I received my rewards within 1 week. Time after time, I am seeing others get their reward in a week or two, and I am STILL waiting after 5 weeks. POOR SITE.
