I took two surveys in the last two weeks and at the end of each I got the following message, "We have noticed a discrepancy in the manner in which you have taken the Survey. You have earned 0 Univox points for your effort " This is just a way of not paying me. I contacted them twice because I have no idea what I did wrong, and still have yet to hear back.
I requested a $25 Amazon Gift code from www.univoxcommunity.com and I have contacted them a few times inquiring about when I may receive it, but they have NOT replied. It is frustrating. They should atleast reply to my questions. I feel like I wasted my time with this website. I would suggest that NO ONE join this site. Do yourself a favor and take surveys on other sites, but not this one.
I guess this company does not comprehend English...A SURVEY FOR ALL means just that FOR ALL even though I am in Executive Management their surveys for decision makers always kick me out...do not waste your time...many great sites out there they just scammed me out of 500 points AGAIN
i'm a member of Univox and Safecount, both owned or managed by the same company. I've redeemed for Amazon a total of 7 times up until a couple months ago. The last was a redemption made with Safecount and I'm still waiting for it. I've gotten all redemptions from Univox but I've seen posts where people are no longer getting rewards from Univox either. I've called and emailed their corporate people who do nothing, as well as post on their Facebook page. They claim there's been user fraud on their site and they're not fulfilling redemptions til they get that straightened out. I say they are the ones committing fraud. They are taking the points out of our accounts but NOT sending us the Amazon codes.The woman who answered the phone tried to convince me that what I was getting for my 2500 points was a contest entry for Amazon. OH PLEASE....what a totally misinformed employee. I told her there was no way I'd pay what amounts to $25 for any contest entry. Someone told me that new management started with them a while back and it seems to coincide with all these problems. Whatever you do, if you haven't already, DON'T JOIN THIS PANEL!! It's a total mess. By the way, the site is still online. Someone else posted it had been removed or was gone. It is not gone and they still manage to send me tons of surveys even though they can't send my Amazon. Good luck to everyone else who may be in the same position with these jerks.
There are 4 surveys on there at the moment and they all say "survey for consumers" and it comes up with "your profile does not match" when I click on all of them and it says right above them that they are specifically tailored to my profile.
And the last few surveys I've completed (and I've only ever completed about 5) I was taken to an error page at the end and didn't get the points for it. I've contacted them A LOT of times when this happens and they have never replied. Not even an automated email. No matter what I say - even if I say I'll report them for not being real they still don't!!
In some of the surveys I can't even answer anything because it's in Spanish (seriously) or asking me which state in Canada or America I live and there is no option to say I live in the UK.
