PineCone Research Resolved Complaints

I worked on Pinecone Research for several years. I answered every survey and participated in every test they offered. Then a couple of days ago I tried logging on and it failed. I emailed them and their reply stated that my account was deleted and would not be reopened. No reason was given, and I am certain I won't get one even after asking. I am so disappointed in them.
I was with this company many years. After getting a product to test I tried to log on to the survey and give my opinion and was denied access. I emailed several times to find out what the problem was and never received an answer. I enjoyed working with this company and would really like to know what the problem was as I'm sure I didn't violate any of their rules.
I was with this company over ten years and without telling me why, they canceled me. even after emailing them they will not tell me why. there products are products that u get in walmart or any store. they cheated me out of ** dollars last month beause before the month was over they canceled me before they had to give me a survey.
