"Not so good, if you ever have problems "
Tuesday, January 18, 2011 by Paul

I had been with them, since the time they offered $5/survey and had no problem with them, until recently. I didn't get paid for a survey from Nov. and sent an e-mail, figuring they were still having problems with the survey. They had actually said they were having probs, after the first invite, then they sent a 2nd invite. I didn't get a response for 10 days and sent a second e-mail. The response was that I didn't do the survey. I said I had and was asked to verify the subject of the survey. I responded with what I thought it was and haven't heard from them since. I got a few more surveys around Christmas week, when I was away. Then, one more that I had problems with and didn't complete. After that, I got a household questions survey that was literally 15 minutes long. I guess, that was them trying to get as much info from me as possible because I haven't heard from them since. I tried to log into the site tonight and my password no longer works. So, I guess, that's it for them.

I joined Pincecone a few months ago and have had several surveys since. I see people are complaining about the $3 payout. I look at it this way, THEY PAY FOR EACH SURVEY and you dont have to wait to build up so much before you get paid. I use paypal so I get mine the very next day. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys doing surveys.

"At the top!"

I've been doing their surveys for 3 years and have the most money from them. No it's not a lot but I made $100 this year. I generally do 2-3 surveys a month but there has been the odd month I've gotten only 1 or none at all. Yes some months are slower than others. Sorry to the people who aren't getting that many surveys. You just aren't qualifying. Make sure you do the household surveys they send because that is how you qualify. The good thing is that the household ones only take 5 mins while OTHER survey sites will make you take a survey for 20 mins before they will you if you qualified. Pinecone ONLY sends you full surveys you ALREADY qualified for by answering household questions. Not a waste of time like some other survey companies.

After waiting ages to join this panel, I'm now wondering why it's ranked so high. The incentive per survey is slightly higher than other sites and that they always pay promptly--- both important things! But I only get 1 survey a month. I get about $10 + monthly from Lightspeed & Opinion Outpost.
